Wish I could give Zero Stars. My family is trying to upstart a business and we are learning as we go. We came in to see if we should give U.S bank a try.Rather than giving us grace and having the patience with us while we voiced our wants and concerns the associate that "helped" us was so blatantly rude that we left with our jaws dropped. He talked down to us and belittled our knowledge making us feel stupid and below him the entire meeting. If you plan on finding a bank... go somewhere else.. and if you already bank here... leave.

I recently visited this branch store and my banker Bruce Wadman went above and beyond to understand my needs. He was very knowledgeable and even offer to help me with the US bank app. I can't say enough good things about him. If you're in need of someone that will help you gladly ask for him. He will give the time and patience you deserve.

The drive through for business is terrible. They have made no changes to the system to accommodate customers during covid. As a business manager I wait upto an hour to get to the window only to see staff standing around and moving at turtles pace.

I've been going to this bank for the last 8 months , and today I had the rudest representative ever a guy , at a time like this being a government worker ,our country is in nightmare , I was told if I wasnt a client I couldn't cash my check , I went a mile and a half and had no problem with a diffrent us bank . The manager did say I can call and ask for him and he will take care of me , it's just sad if hes not there I cant get help I'm not really sure why

Just visited the branch as I have done many times and the teller Nelson was the rudest I have ever been treated to a place where I have trusted for years I wish I could have given zero stars!!! Bank at Wings Financial where they treat you right!!!

Watch out for new teller Parker, I counted my money five times and was supposedly 100 short after he ran thru counter...avoid this teller if possible...

People were great but y'all need to have someone clean the spiderwebs and cob webs in your drive thru! I was here for only 10 mins and I had 3 monster spiders crawl into my car. Y'all know minneapolis has some f the nastiest nesters ever so like whyyyyyy. Otherwise a good place but I don't want to have to fight my way out of spider hell again!
