Racist bank! They racially profiled a professional black because they thought he had to much money called the police on him and refused to cash his check if you’re black or anyone that’s against this type of behavior don’t do business with this bank!

I really enjoyed my visit to the bank as I had absolutely no delays or misunderstandings from the staff. I was received very friendly. I came without an appointment and the wait was only 15 minutes.

No coin machine at this branch. There is a shift to some branches having no coin counter and not accepting coin. It may not be a moneymaker, but a bank should offer that service to customers.

I've been having trouble logging into my app since changing my phone number. When I walked into this location I was helped immediately (not that I was in any rush). Will was very nice and personable. Our interaction didn't feel robotic like it usually is in other places. Upon his helping, I was also helped by a man named Bruce. He was also very friendly. My issue with the app was resolved immediately. I might've came in with a problem but I left with the realization that these small problems in life don't matter in the end. Always be kind to people and you'll walk with grace and wholeness.

I came in with my mom. We were looking to get some help with our accounts and we were able to get connected with mila. Just want to start off with saying she is very good at what she does. She is very great listener as well. Understanding your needs and helping you make the right decision. We have went to other branches prior before and the service was not that great. But I can't say that for this location especially working with Mila. I hope she gets a promotion. She is a great asset to us Bank and especially this branch. I hope this location continues to support her in her growth and Success. If we ever visit this location again we will be asking for mila!

Very rude staff. They got my information wrong (after having 2 different people confirm that they had updated it, I guess they didn’t) and the teller didn't even let me finish my sentence to explain what was happening. Eventually got it sorted out but it would have been faster if I wasn't being interrupted. Not interrupting someone while they are explaining their problem seems like customer service 101

This branch is hit or miss with the staff they have some days they have great personnel working with great personalities and vibes, other days they have staff with poor attitudes and unfortunately disappointing people skills! This branch needs to Remember you are here to support us your customers, without us your customers, your branch will close!
