I came in with my mom. We were looking to get some help with our accounts and we were able to get connected with mila. Just want to start off with saying she is very good at what she does. She is very great listener as well. Understanding your needs and helping you make the right decision. We have went to other branches prior before and the service was not that great. But I can't say that for this location especially working with Mila. I hope she gets a promotion. She is a great asset to us Bank and especially this branch. I hope this location continues to support her in her growth and Success. If we ever visit this location again we will be asking for mila!

Very rude staff. They got my information wrong (after having 2 different people confirm that they had updated it, I guess they didn’t) and the teller didn't even let me finish my sentence to explain what was happening. Eventually got it sorted out but it would have been faster if I wasn't being interrupted. Not interrupting someone while they are explaining their problem seems like customer service 101

This branch is hit or miss with the staff they have some days they have great personnel working with great personalities and vibes, other days they have staff with poor attitudes and unfortunately disappointing people skills! This branch needs to Remember you are here to support us your customers, without us your customers, your branch will close!

I just had a fantastic experience at this US Bank branch. Within minutes of arriving, I was able to complete the transaction I came in to do, experienced a clean, well maintained facility and received excellent customer service by Michael G., Client Relationship Consultant. He approached me in line noticing I didn't just need a teller and brought me over to his work space, talked me through the process along the way, thanked me for doing my part and being prepared for the transaction, genuinely empathized with my hot mess and was absolutely fantastic overall. If I lived closer, THAT would be my branch always! Thank you!

Two problems: Update to another recent problem: Maria, a Banker at 8000 Lyndale location in Bloomington, Minnesota, made another mistake on my account. My other bank made a mistake, which affected my US Bank account. I told her the other bank would three way call to explain. Banker, Maria said, "...not necessary" (because she didn't want to take the time to speak with my other bank) and she would reverse a charge. It was never done. I returned in a week then she claimed it was done, but she did it silently, only while I was there and argued with me that they ALREADY did it. She then lectured me saying it was a "discretionary favor" and would not apologize for my second needless physical trip into their bank. She also refused to print an account statement for me. She has never smiled once when I have visited the bank, or apologized for both inconveniences. She seems there for her job income, not because of customers. I have closed my accounts because surprisingly, I have high demands, apparently, for expecting simple, pleasant, customer service. I can actually get a better job of that with an online bank. Goodbye, US Bank.2nd prior issue also with Banker, Maria: I opened an account, gave Maria, a Banker, my drivers license with current address, but she sent my debit card and checks, and initial US Bank mail to my previous residence of 4 years ago! Two seperate banker reps, firstly Maria 8000 Lyndale Bloomington Minnesota Banker, failed to manually update my current address to the actual current address on my Drivers License I gave them. Now, I had to put a fraud alert on my new account because I can't get my mail. I have gone into the branch multiple times and spent hours via that way and on the phone. I was told by her manager, it's "...rare for Maria." So, they apparently won't bring attention to her to correct her mistakes. She is simply rude and doesn't care about customers, and her managers won't speak with her about it. They must have a close working relationship and assume customers are a burden, rather than why they exist, as a business. Not a good image. There are lots of better banking choices and competition.

Opened an account. They didn’t explain to me how it would work. Just wanted the account to be open. Then I started getting fees and I called to get it sorted and they said I would get a call back. I called 3 times a day(at least) for 3 days straight after they said they would call me back. I had to call technical support and they were able to put me on a student account which is what I was asking for since the beginning. People at this location wouldn’t even pick up the phone. And I called at all sorts of hours throughout the day.

Unfriendly teller cracking knuckles while I waited for her to tell me she could not and would not forward documents to US Bank home mortgage. Customer service stinks from a smile away.

Drive through is so slow every time, it is painful. Go to the drive through at the next nearest branch and even with the drive you'll still save time.

This branch is the most inefficient, worst customer services, no respect to their clients. Hard to work with them. I am closing my business and personal account just because they are hard to deal with, lobby still closed, business hours are very limited 11:00am to 4:30pm drive thru only 2 lines, they will do anything for NOT giving your own money, customer services is horrible, employees with bad altitude..
