Well Brian one of the tellers thought being rude to a young lady was a cool thing to do rolling his eyes and telling her to hurry up . And heard that it's ok because he's got allot going on in his life. Apparently no one else has anything going on in their lives. Brian needs to think about how rude her man will be when he hears about "rude Brian"

10/27...I was shocked at what happened at this bank when I stopped there to cash a check I received as dividends from my u.s.bank stocks. First, the person who helped me couldn't figure out how to process my check and of all the staff in the bank, I was surprised that not one of them would help him. Then two other customers came in and we all stood around waiting while the staff had their noses in their laptops. Then two guys came out of the backroom and the other two customers finally got some help. All this time, I'm waiting for help from the teller who couldn't get his system working. Then, a customer who just came in was helped with her transaction while I'm still standing at the counter waiting for someone to cash my check along with the original guy who couldn't figure out how to move forward. At that point, after not being helped while four other people seemed to get waited on, I started to walk out wherein the guy waiting on the last customer who walked in said "if you wait, I'll help you next," are you kidding? I have never experienced more poor management ever from u sBank or it's staff. Very poorly managed!!

I have normally received adequate service at US Bank. Not today or July 3rd or on the phone last month. Third strike which is unfortunate, we'll be switching.

Profoundly disappointed with what happened today as I sought to make a simple deposit that was important to me to get in today. Don’t want to make multiple mobile deposits, wanted to make an in bank simple deposit. Arrived at the door right at 5:00 pm, attempted to get there earlier but was unable to. Three bankers sitting at their desks seeing me standing there attempting to explain I had a simple deposit (which would have taken them a minute or less to process). No one came to the door to even see what I was seeking. They just sat and stared and gestured. That is poor customer service. Truly disappointed in their spirit and effort. I have multiple personal and business accounts here and don’t appreciate what happened today.

Customer service is a thing of the past, everyone here seems to be dealing with some personal issues and maybe not able to differentiate between the two. However while there a few good ones there, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. The service that I received on May 4th was obsured and encouraged by the management ?

Went inside to open an account and they were busy. The teller took my name and number and the branch manager called me back within the hour and handled my request in the time I could get back there. It was a rather urgent situation and Jeremy took care of it. I have always had great service at this branch.

The staff at this bank are helpful. But overall, US Bank is getting worse. The recently "upgraded" the online bill pay and it is a nightmare. Many of the old features are lost. I have complained to the corporate office, they promised to update, but no changes in months. I will be leaving US Bank soon if this is not resolved.
