Spent money to go to the Post office just to get there the machine was out of labels and there was one lady there black lady big as hell It wasn’t scanning the barcode for some reason when she tried to do it manually, and she didn’t want to type in the letters or numbers and She wasn’t even trying to find anyone else to find to make it work and it’s my last day to return my package that I can’t even use so thanks if you come here and there’s just one person just leave

I wonder how this store still exist & in business. It’s the worst store I’ve ever spoke to. Literally, the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with at an USPS store. They have everything here BUT proper training and customer service. They are useless and not helpful at all. Please take your money & business elsewhere, because THIS IS NOT IT.

The postal person, can't speak any English to understand customers. Delayed lines due to this and many angry customers. This place screams getto. The postal master was nowhere to be seen to help his employees how to speak English they should have a translator. Literally couldn't be served he just would pick a word I said and repeat it and stare blankly. No wonder people attack the postal person here, he blankly refuses to serve people just sits there causing issues. The front was dirty unswept dust on the displays... apparently cleaning isn't a thing since COVID done. 0/10

The most non communicative, and petty experiences I've ever dealt with.
The mail man has refused to deliver our mail for, MONTHS now, on the pretense that there is dog leash sitting outside?
Manager has told us several times that our mail service has actually been resumed when it has not. There has been literally no communication on the post offices end.
There's some sort of personality type I think at play. The kind that enjoys petty, beurocratic power struggles. Anyways. Most ridiculous nonsense I've ever dealt with, with a PUBLIC SERVICE

Terrible service, I wanted to return something I ordered online and the person who helped me said that I had to buy a box to be able to return it because it was not safe in the bag I brought, it is absurd because on the page where you buy it it says "return in the original packaging"

Went in to ship a small package and use the tape on the counter that looked like it was there for anyone to use. Then the guy tells me I have to buy the roll. It was an honest mistake. It also wouldn’t have happened if the roll of tape was hanging by the other rolls of tape for sale and not next to the other roll of tape and pens that are free to use. I refused to pay for it. They kicked me out. I called PD to see if they needed to come out or if I should just leave. An hour later I get a call from PD saying they want to charge me with theft for using 3 or 4 inches of tape. Also, this location probably hasn’t been cleaned in months or years. Staff are not understanding, no common sense, and clearly like drama. Hoping the Postmaster reads this and will make it right.
