I left here and went back to my pharmacy across the street. They are way understaffed and charge a lot more for my prescription. I had to wait for over an hour, at times. Where I go now, they give me an immediate discount so I never have to concern myself about not being able to pay for my medicine.

A lot of negative reviews here but honestly this is one of the better Walgreens locations, I’ve had some decent customer service here sometimes and they’re quick to transfer prescriptions for me.

The Pharmacy is slow, understaffed as little customer service as possible I am taking my business elsewhere. If you want to call them goodluck. A Smile could help I had to give it a star to post this. Negative 4 Stars

Transferring my prescriptions and not returning. This place is the worst. I have had multiple issues. I called yesterday morning at 10am to make sure my prescription was in process. They said it was even though online it said otherwise. Still wasn’t filled at 4pm so I called again and they told me it would be done by 5pm. On my way there at 6pm I noticed it still wasn’t ready so I called and sat on hold for 15mins. I hung up because I was on my way to dinner and didn’t have time. I decided to just drive there after dinner at 8:30pm and they decided to close 2 hours early. I needed my prescription that night and was told they would have it ready. Now it’s the next morning and I called right when they opened and sat on hold hold 10 minutes just to be told they don’t know when it will be done because they don’t have anyone in yet to fill it. This is ridiculous and bad patient care. Now I’m behind on my medication and not feeling well.

Got into the drive thru to get Allegra D and ended up having to wait in line for 30 min. Finally got to the window for them to tell me I had to go inside. The lady just didn't want to put in the effort. This place is a joke. So glad we don't get our prescriptions with them. Note to drivers who want to use the drive thru for that stuff, just go in. These people are a nightmare to deal with.

Prescriptions sent over aren't filled. Have to call them to have tell them it was sent over and wait on hold 30-45 minutes each time you call. When you go in, there will be 2 people in line and you still have to wait in line for 30 minutes. I don't understand why their service is so horrible and they don't do anything to fix it. Just horrible!

Just spent an hour and a half on hold, no answer. For 60 of those minutes I was "there was one caller ahead of me." Either the pharmacy is closed and didn't bother to tell anyone, or seriously understaffed.

Only location around unwilling or unable to staff properly. Cant even count the amount of times the pharmacy windows are shut with temp hours, long lines, disgruntled customers, et cetera.

Manager at this location does not know the meaning of customer service. When trying to work through missing items in an order, he made the customer feel inferior, refused a refund, even after attempting conversation numerous times. We will not be using this location again.

Still 1 star- but I'd give them zero. Went in for one SINGLE prescription. Two people in line including myself. The THREE people behind the counter working didn't bother to assist. Kept on with whatever they were doing. Didn't bother to say, "i will be with you in a few minutes". Finally after more than 10 minutes of waiting ONE of them came up and server the individual in front of me and then myself. By this point there were four more people in line. How ridiculous to have to wait 15 minutes or more to pick up one single prescription that was already filled. If this was a one off situation I wouldn't be as concerned but the fact that this Walgreen's pharmacy has consistently had issues with mixing up prescriptions, not serving patrons in a timely manner, etc. it's hard to be understanding.

Three consecutive times of needing to pick up Rx, drive thru closed… Trying to minimize exposure to any illness… but end up waiting in a line 6 - 10 deep… most people hacking and coughing… close the inside and keep drive thru open… like restaurants…

This place is terrible. The clerk checking out took a phone call while i was waiting. He then proceeded to take out his drivers license from his wallet. Apparently he needed to take care of personal business while he had a line full of customers. I was able to pay while he was on the phone. Then my receipt came out but he couldn't get it cause he was still on the phone. i took my bag and left. no thank you and no receipt

AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COSTS IF YOU NEED A PRESCRIPTION - Even if this is your closest location, make the drive to any other Walgreens further away. You will thank me. Otherwise you will end up waiting an average of 45 minutes in line at the drive through or inside. Either way is just as bad. Have questions? They do not answer the phone in the pharmacy. EVER. So don't even try. I've never seen a pharmacy so horribly ran. I used to go to the location off Penn Ave & American Blvd for years and they NEVER had waits like this. I will be making the drive there instead to save myself from the horrible service. I would give zero stars if I could.
