Iam giving 5 stars to Deborah at walgreens pharmacy. And Deborah only!!! She saves me money, focuses on the problem, has solutions. Walgreens pharmacy better give her a raise and hope that they don't lose her to another walgreens or pharmacy cuz I will follow her. She is that good at her job!

Need an emergency prescription- waited on hold for an hour and a half, got hung up on. Guess I won’t be getting my pills today- here’s to hopefully not having a seizure!

Rude Manager and team. Didn’t pack my delivery order. Had to call repeatedly when the order was 4 hours late. Got screamed at on phone saying IM DOING MY BEST HERE! Asked him to just cancel the order. He didn’t. Had to call toll free #. Worst experience EVER!!!

I did a curbside order for my husband to pick up after work. For some reason, a recipt didn't print for the order. The manager and cashier argued with my husband about it. My husband called me and asked me to call them. When I called and asked for a manager, I immediately was asked if I was the "lady that needs a paper receipt" and she tried telling me I needed to come in tomorrow so the store manager can fix it since the manager tonight is new. Then, she transferred me to said manager and he tried telling me I have digital receipts. I never signed up for them, I verified on my app I don't have them, AND I do curbside orders all the time. I'm not sure what is wrong with the register, but they didn't even offer to reprint the receipt from the office computer. Disappointing that they are so rude when they are one of the few stores that carries the diapers I need.

I will never shop at this Walgreens ever again. I was in line when a lady asked for proof that her transaction was void and the woman walked out the store. I don't know if he was a manager or what he turned to the other worker and said, she can't come in the store anymore. I'm wondering why? Just because she asked for proof you don't want her in the store, that was uncalled for. This is how the workers act. I called 1800WALGRENS and they didn't care either.

Terrible place to get a passport picture or any pictures. Janet the store manager (probably self claim) is rude and doesn't even care what I'm saying, keep saying that the face , that's the face. I even showed her how picture should have been taken and looks like. The picture is dark, taken from high degree, very close and takes even more than 45 minutes while taking pictures again, and again and again. Refused to switch or refund. That's the nearest Walgreen but we'll never go again, first time for picture never going back for anything. No wonder it has only 2 stars!!!!!

I have a 2yr old that is potty training. They would not allow him to use the bathroom and were extremely rude about it.

The cashier cate isn’t made for this job. And before you get down on me for thinking it’s because of her physical challenges. Trust me it’s not. Both me and my boyfriend were there the other night and she was checking us out the total came to $12.48, we gave her a $20. She gave us $2.22 back. Once we realized she didn’t give us the right amount back. We went back to talk to her. She simply waved us off and stated she didn’t get it wrong. I understand it’s may be only 5 dollars but those five dollars could make a difference in someone’s lifestyle. So when I asked to speak with someone she didn’t call the manager and told us others were waiting in the line. So we decided to leave. I think she should be talked about dealing with customers better
