I've been coming here for 8 years. This pharmacy is chronically understaffed and slow to fill prescriptions. If the pharmacist takes lunch, the pharmacy shuts down, so just hope you don't stop in during that random time. I dread having to come here

The most frustrating and disappointing experience I have encountered attempting to fill a prescription.1st trip,my medication was not available as it had been sent back.2nd trip my medication was not available as I was informed that I had already received it, the day that it was not available. Was told that I would need to come in and watch video with the pharmacist to see what happened.3rd trip, my medication was not available, apologized for telling me that I had already received it. Stated that I miss heard them on watching tape. I had an eyewitness with me who heard the entire conversation.Was told that they would have medication available the next day. (That was yesterday)4th trip, medication not available again.Bar None, this pharmacy is very poorly run, with apparent minimal expectations for team member performance,accountability and an ability to ameliorate customer service issuesNPS 1I have transferred all prescriptions to a new location.Sadly, " I am sorry, we apologize, we made a mistake" are statements that do not exist in staff vocabulary.

This pharmacy is frequently short-staffed. They did not even have the drive through open this morning. A prescription that was supposed to be filled Monday was not because it was out of stock. Went back Wednesday and it was in stock but still not filled, had to wait. The reason they gave was that they have too many vaccine appointments and only one pharmacist. This is not a new problem.

Would be great if their online or automated system informed you that your prescription can't be filled because they are out of stock.

We made an appointment for the vaccination shot and reached there on time but to get 2 shots it takes more than one hour. I think there is a process gap. 1. Already we completed the basic covid vaccination questionnaire online but still we were asked to fill those in hardcopy. 2. There is no option in online to add our insurance details and to add those they have taken around 30 minutes. 3. Even though we locked the specific time in online but there is no dedicated person to assist us, still there is a queue standing in front of their consultation area and it is a common queue and either you have appointment or not you have to go in the queue to approach the pharmacist. I hope Walgreens should improve those above things to serve better and whoever go there for vaccination make sure you are prepared to spend ample amount of time there.

I’ve made the mistake of filling a prescription here twice. They’re rude, slow, you’ll be lucky to get your prescription within an hour of their estimated time. Save yourself a headache and some time by driving 10 min to literally any other pharmacy in the area.
