Visited this store yesterday. The store was clean and nicely stocked. The pharmacist was super helpful. So because of that I gave this place an extra star. The reason my star rating is super low though is because when we were checking out I noticed that our total due was insanely high. The older checkout lady charged me for two medications when I only had one. She seemed mad that I pointed that out. Make sure you check your reciepts and every item before and after checking out! This seems really sketchy to me... and I wasn't happy about it.

Pharmacy expects you to wait on hold for >20 minutes. However, when they finally take your call, if you don't answer their question, which requires that you look something up, in literally 3 seconds, the operator will mumble "disconnect" and immediately drop the call while you are tracking down the information for them.

My visit today was the best customer service I have ever received at any store.. from start to finish I was greated walking into store I was helped by nice friendly employee named Kelly then just walking down Christmas isle and another employee named Sue helped me, then went to check out and the cashier Randy treated me so good and had great customer service.. Walgreens give those employees raises because they were rocking it in that store and going above and beyond. I can't wait to shop there again now that's how u run a store.. Thank u

Worst pharmacy in town! The last 2 times I've had to get prescriptions were insane waits. 1st time it took them 34 hours to fill a prescription.. The 2nd time, I had a surgery at 6am and had to call 4 times to get my meds 14 hours later... thanks Walgreens for being beyond lazy and ensuring I would have the most painfull day EVER. I will never go back to this location

Topping off a litany of issues over the years, that have already led to predominantly using other locations and even pharmacy chains, it is apparently no longer possible to use the rewards card through any means other than phone number lookup. I've never before been unable to use the NFC card feature from Google Wallet, but, apparently, that doesn't work any more. Instant and permanent 1 star review from this.

Listen everyone who keeps the ratings low. I was a little upset needing to call in and having to do so because after a 30 minute wait I hung up. But here is the thing, they are busy all the time so they help a lot of people. And the walgreens staff is just staff and that's ok what do I expect. Maybe I'm just impatient because of the world we helped create. And last but most important I have been there many times and greg welcomes me every time with such positivity I can't help but take it in and pass it on. When I leave he blesses me. He is the reason I cone here. How many people do you run into that you push aside? How many people push you aside? This man singlehandedly makes me feel so happy to be in the world. Greg's are out there. Take it in and roll with it. Thank you greg.

I think that an honest opinion is well mentioning to help others to save them a trip to the store if they can't pick up something vs. Another store it a good app to make life simpler for them!

This place is just terrible and gross. Please avoid it. I waited 45 minutes for a flu shot and had to leave to pick up my kids from daycare before my name was even called. I had made an appointment over a month ago. Just awful. Go to CVS.

Pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. I asked questions about my prescription and he lied to me. When I called him out he hung up me. I immediately transferred all prescriptions to another pharmacy. Never again.

This pharmacy has gone down hill quickly! I have never been disrespected by a pharmacist in my entire life. I have been there twice and it seems like a complete disaster. Never coming back to this pharmacy again.

98th & Lyndale is amazing. They always have my prescriptions & if they happen to be out, they call me in enough time to call my doctor in order for her to take care of the problem so I don't have to go without. I think since I've switched walgreens from 69th & York to 98th & Lyndale, I've waited in line a total of 3 times, that's it.
