Came in to get a mask. Very simple request at 8:30 am on a Tuesday in a very non-crowded store.
It turned into probably about a half hour ordeal.
There was no reason for this to take as long as it did.
A little sense of urgency among the employees would be nice.

Consistently the worst pharmacy. I've had many issues with them in the past and decided to try them again. Today I had surgery. They told me over the phone that the medication was in stock. An hour later they informed me that the medication was out of stock leaving me scrambling before my medication wore off to have it filled by another pharmacy. This is negligence. I don't understand how they are consistently so incompetent.

I work for USPS and this store is by the route I was doing. Cashier refused to let me use the restroom without buying something

this is by far the worst pharmacy ever, the staff is extremely rude and lack communication. I was just on hold for 45 min i had to call walgreens to get ahold of the pharmacy.
It took me 2 weeks of going back and forth with them to get my medication i ended up going to a different pharmacy. I called and they said they had my medicine in stock so i went to pick it up when i got there they said they didn’t have it they THOUGHT they would.

This review is only for the specific person who helped me with my photo pick up today - I have had very negative experiences with the pharmacy previously and switched to another pharmacy as a result. On arriving at the store, the young man at the cashier desk greeted me. I didn't get his name, but it was at 9.45 am today, Aug 30, 2024. I made my way to the photo pick up point and was about to ring the bell for service, when the employee called over from the cashier desk and offered to help me. He was polite, friendly and helpful and, given how many negative reviews there are on here, I just wanted to give a shout out to this person - he is a breath of fresh air and is the first really customer-focussed employee I have encountered at any Walgreens - so please keep him!

Whoever was working at 7pm on Black Friday this year, needs to be fired. Specifically two Somali kids working there.It’s your job, get off your phone especially when I’m checking out. Then have to ask cashier if payment is good as he’s too worried about his social medias. Get rid of people like this. I get it, it’s the day after thanksgiving. If you don’t want to work then take off work. Don’t be a pos.

The pharmacy at this location is horrendous. Came here to get a scheduled flu shot, they were 30 minutes behind schedule. Following week utilized the pharmacy for a prescription refill. Was told the prescription would be ready at 1245. At 1:45 showed up to pick it up - wasn’t ready and pharmacist was on break. Asked if I could wait until 2:05. Waited until 2:05. Went back to get prescription - still not ready. Waited at store for over 40 minutes to pick up a pick up a prescription that was ‘ready’.

If I could give the pharmacy zero stars I would, I’ve been calling for 3 days and can never get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy I’ve got meds I need for a procedure that went there and can’t even transfer them cause they won’t answer their damn phones!!! Sorry excuse for a pharmacy, definitely going to need to be switching this weekend to Walmart which I’ve never had an issue with and have always been on top of things, thought Walgreens was more convenient cause it’s closer but nope

Booked a vaccine appointment days in advance for 5:30. Received a confirmation the day before. Showed up, was told they no longer do vaccines after 4:30 due to scheduling issues (this apparently is a routine thing, not a one time occurrence). However, they do not call you or email letting you know your appointment is cancelled. End up driving out and waiting for nothing. Worst part, this isn’t the first time something has gone wrong with their appointments for me that caused an unexpected cancellation (system issue, inventory issue, staffing issue, etc.).Management needs to get these things straightened out. If you’re looking for vaccinations, recommend getting them somewhere other than Walgreens, especially this location.

There pharmacy is lacking if you need to call except to be on hold for at least 20 mins and thats not once in a while that's everytime you call, currently I'm holding 26 mins and 37 seconds and counting. Store seems empty alot but the store employee are helpful and frendly.. Don't know if pharmacy is short staffed or what but meds are never ready on time and they can't seem to answer the phone.
