Love the lady that works in the money center... It's Walmart ?

We do most of our shopping here, love it and never had problems until today unfortunately. We were sold the wrong iPad after confirming with 3 staff members that the displayed price is for the iPad we’re all literally touching and referring to. After opening the iPad at home we realized that it’s not the same iPad we were buying. So we’re trying to return it and get the one we wanted in the first place, for the same price they confirmed multiple times. The way I see it I think they displayed the wrong tag for the wrong iPad because we were given the one right next to the one we wanted. But they wouldn’t admit who am I to tell them how to do their jobs, they wouldn’t give us the one we wanted because all of a sudden they don’t have it although they told us they have it when we first came hence us purchasing, and wouldn’t take the one we don’t want because customer service is closed understandable. I thought if Walmart doesn’t have the exact thing you want to buy but they still have it displayed, there are options like checking the nearest stores, delivery or coming back, none of those options were offered to us although we clarified multiple times on the item we want and confirmed with it’s displayed price. I hope tomorrow morning is the last we talk about this issue and that we get what we wanted for the price that was confirmed by 3staff members including the department manager.

It's Walmart, what's not to like? I would suggest more front checkout staffing. We do not like self check out. Just my opinion.

Really hood environment. Did a mobile pickup, and came when they said the order was ready but still waited 30 minutes. Not to mention 1/2 the items they couldn't "find." I ender up going inside and getting the items they "couldn't find."

Disappointing Experience with Mellisa at Walmart Vision CenterI recently had an unfortunate experience with Mellisa, the manager at Walmart Vision Center, when she was ordering glasses for my grandmother. While I understand that mistakes can happen, Mellisa's attitude and the delay in delivering the glasses left a sour taste in our mouths.When we approached Mellisa to order the glasses, she seemed disinterested and had a dismissive attitude towards us. We explained to her that my grandmother was leaving the country soon and needed her glasses urgently. Despite this, Mellisa assured us that the glasses would be delivered within 3-5 days.Unfortunately, the glasses took much longer to arrive than Mellisa had promised. Days turned into weeks, and my grandmother was forced to leave without her much-needed glasses. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had clearly communicated the urgency of the situation to Mellisa.The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by Mellisa during this entire process was disappointing. As a manager, one would expect her to take our concerns seriously and ensure that the glasses were delivered on time. Unfortunately, she failed to meet even the most basic expectations.While I understand that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, it is essential for customer service representatives to handle such situations with care and provide accurate information. Mellisa's dismissive attitude and failure to deliver on her promises left us feeling frustrated and let down.In the future, I hope that Mellisa and the Walmart Vision Center team will improve their customer service skills and take into account the urgency and importance of providing accurate information to their customers. It is crucial to remember that behind every purchase, there is a person with unique needs and circumstances.Overall, my experience with Mellisa at Walmart Vision Center was disappointing. I sincerely hope that others do not have to go through a similar experience and that the staff at the Vision Center will work towards improving their customer service in the future.

Ordered for curbside pickup and it was ready quickly. Got to the pickup location and it took an hour to get my order out to me. The app had wrong numbers listed for parking spot options and also kept refreshing to make me say I parked and where. I'm not sure if that's the cause of the long wait times or just poorly organized system. Finally, after several tries over 30ish minutes, someone answered the phone that's listed to call instead of using the app. After I spoke to someone and they said it should be soon they came right out. So again i feel it was the app screwing things up. Anyways, just FYI for people picking up at this location.
