I am unsure if i would come back. The only reason i came here was because i brought the car from walser and have extended warranty from them. I have owned toyotas for over 15 years and always serviced at toyota authorized centers. I was unhappy to know that during a regular scheduled servicing of the car, they couldn't change a blown fuse as diagnosis technician is available only till 3 pm. The other service centers i have been are open late till late and they give basic coverage like changing of a fuse when there is a scheduled servicing. in my previous visit, they made a mistake on my bill as well which i had to point it out and then they took the charges off.

Recently, I received a coupon in the mail for a lower price oil change plus complimentary tire rotation. I figure why not, it's the dealership so surely they're going to have quality service, excellent customer support, and very efficient procedures right? Boy was I wrong. Many of the other reviews are spot on as this was also my experience. When I first pulled in, many people were on their computers and a single guy was on the floor helping people. Even though these are service providers that are supposed to be the support for the customers. Good customer service entails greeting the customer at the door and not flat out ignoring them. I originally scheduled service for 2:20 as I had somewhere i had to be by 5:00. However, my oil change and tire rotation weren't done until 5:00 and I ended up being half hour late. It does not take 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. I understand that you get busy but that's why GOOD mechanics can work quickly and accurately. Case in point, I take it to Discount Tire that always gives me free rotations, they tell me an hour and are done in 15 minutes we'll ahead of time. This place tells you two hours and then takes three. Also, I had to hunt down my service provider as he went on break to get my car out. I took it there for a quick oil change, not to spend the whole day at the freaking dealership. Also, they charge labor. I'm certain that you can't charge labor unless you're actively working on the car but seems the statement reflected this. If I didn't have the coupon, I'd be paying up the rear for 20 minute service stretched out over three hours. My $49.99 coupon ended up costing $69 anyways with this so I really didn't save money. This was the same amount I would spend at Meineke by my house but for less quality and less service. It's just so apparent to me that these guys just really don't care about their customers. Ignore them coming in the door, stretching service out far too long, having customers having to hunt them down to get any sort of communication, and doing a terrible job over all. Not to mention I get texts asking to sell my car? You can't even provide a good service experience, why would I want to do that? Show me first that you're somebody I want to do business with, then maybe we'll talk. Lastly, I got an option for a survey but it didn't work. Go figure, probably intentional. If you're thinking of taking your car here be warned, it will take forever, cost more, and be extremely frustrating. I for one have learned my lesson and I won't be servicing my car here again.

Scheduled an oil change a few days in advance. Show up in the moring, and get told they have no oil. Could've saved everyone a lot of time if they knew they didn't have any oil in stock and would be willing to call customers to cancel, if they're scheduling appointments they know they can't meet.

Slowest Toyota in the city. Poor customer service, go to a different one.

I recently had my car in for a routine oil change and I left with more problems than I started with. On the way home two of my hubcaps fell off driving as it seems they weren’t put back on correctly. I ran out of windshield wiper fluid shortly after, even though they said they filled all my fluids. When I went to fill the fluid myself, I found my hood was jammed shut and I had to use a screw driver to open it along with another person to pull the level on the inside of the car. In addition, my check tire pressure light is still on even though they said they would check it. They didn’t even turn it off. It makes me question if they looked at the tires or even changed my oil. I’m not happy with the quality of service here and it makes me want to find a small, local shop instead.

Such a pleasure working with Kamryn Bunkholt! She sold me a car and was very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable! She’s amazing!

Michael Alovera should run this department. He is the only Service Tech I work with, and he hits a home run consistently! Because of him I will remain a Walser customer. I think I will request him to be my salesman for my next truck!

Modern facility with poor customer service. Had a service appointment and got there about 3 mins early. The doors to the service floor automatically opened and I drive in. Nobody inside to tell me where to stop as they used to. The place was not busy , 2 cars on the floor. I enter and stopped where i felt like. Nobody to assist me. There are about 10 workers on the floor, all on their computers. A few walking on the floor just pass me and not acknowledge me. I get out of the car and still nobody acknowledges me. I walk up to the service area where all the associates are on their computers. I stand there and still nobody. Some of them look up to me and just continue doing whatever they are doing without saying a word - as if I was disturbing them. I am the only one of the floor not working there - everybody have their black uniforms on. So I feel awkward standing them looking lost. I walk back to my car and back to service desk and still nothing. I just end up getting back to my car and driving off. As if I never came.... Such experience makes one appreciate small local mechanic shop with no modern amenities, but good customer service.

Overall, the experience was not up to par. Took longer than was told it would be - waited there for almost 3 hours vs an hour. Ended up being charged for the time to reset the DCM even though that did not resolve the issue (and had been told by Toyota customer service prior to the appt that it was a simple fix/reset). Waste of time and money.

Their new facility is gorgeous and clean with a vast array of seating options - quite fun and comfy. From pulling in, to leaving shop, service was streamline and timely. Scheduling service is fast and easy online as well!

Every time I take my vehicle to this place I always get poor service and it is really repetitive. I took my vehicle to get an oil change on Friday July 19th. They told me I needed to get a new tires because my tires were “messed up” so I got new tires. I did not want to wait for too long so I got a rental car. They were supposed to call me when the vehicle was done which never happened so I called in at 5:30pm to find out if my car was ready. I spoke to my service advisor I have the name but rather not not say it here and they told me they thought they’ve called me however i never got a call (Keep In mind I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am) When I got the car I realized one of the new tires that I got was missing the tire cap. And then my vehicle gave me the light that said maintenance due soon. Then I took it back but they just shut off the light and they also never put the service reminder on my window. Now I have trust issues with them because I don’t even know if they changed the oil on my vehicle . They also never sent me the inspection video of my vehicle. I chose this place because it is closest to me but I don’t feel like this place is trustworthy. Now I definitely know why my friend drives to different cities for a better service. Never coming here again.

Recently, I wanted a Toyota service rep to check my tire pressure. I stopped at Luther Toyota (on 394) and waited in the line of vehicles to be serviced for over 10 minutes and nobody even said, “We’re swamped, just be patient.”
I backed out of the service line and drove to Walser Toyota (on 494). They told me that they were busy, but would be with me shortly. Soon, a service guy checked my air pressure, fixed the problem, and let me know which tire caused the alert on my dashboard.
Walser Toyota is so much more customer friendly than Luther Toyota!

Went in for routine service. Got an appointment the same day. During the servicing, I got text messages with status and a linked to a video of the inspection.
- I wanted to make sure that someone who knows the car is checking on the fluids, pads, etc. Since the dealership requires *you* to call out which service items to do, be sure to include a Multipoint Inspection. I added other services recommended by the app (which made sense and were expected).
- Checkin/out was efficient.
- I liked the video recording of the inspection and the report given.
Will be servicing at Walser again next time.
