I would not waste your time with these people. They will lowball your vehicle like no other. They'll come in with an offer at 80% of other dealerships. Avoid like the plague and don't waste your time talking to them. Keep in mind they'll do this with a vehicle under 10,000 miles as well.

Bought the warranty and nothing is ever covered. They always find a way out of it. People are incompetent in the service department. I dealt with Jeep. Another time asked the price of a car and they would tell us until we agreed to buy it. This was at Nissan.

We have bought and serviced our Toyotas through walser for many years. After buying our used highlander from the jeep dealer we will never shop walser again. Our sales guy, David, was nice. That was about all the good that came from the walser employees of this location. The fat white guy helping him was not. The rate that they showed us on the iPad does not match the amount on our paperwork. The financial details on their papers does not match the information on our loan paperwork we got in the mail. We wanted to finance through our bank, but they said they don’t work with our bank. But it’s listed on the list of banks that they work with on the loan paperwork. As a family of color, I feel like the white guy was rude, and did all of this to us on purpose. He said none of them worked on commission, but it’s clear you do, especially after we said we didn’t want to purchase the extended warranty.

Have bought 10 vehicles over the years from different Walser stores. Based on last vehicle I would tell everyone to stay away from Walser Nissan in Burnsville. Horrible service they sold me $1100 of tires I didn’t need, only for them to tell me they don’t know what issue is and said they started with tires to eliminate that possible issue. To make it worse corporate has not returned a phone call from over a week ago. My advise stay away.

I purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue. The actual buying experience was not pleasant with missing front license plate holder and missing key for my new car even though they had days to prepare it. After that was fixed, the car turned out to be defective, smelling of gas inside and outside the vehicle. Turns out that this is a problem with the new rogues. With young kids, this seems to be a huge issue. I had purchased the extended warranty and they tried fixing it twice already, and it's now in the shop again for the part 2 weeks while we still wait on a fix. I contacted them about options and the GM at the dealership insulted my intelligence by suggesting that I trade in the car to buy something else, and when I asked about the thousands of dollars that I would lose on that deal, said don't worry we'll get the payments to match. Tried calling the Walser office to speak to someone about this experience and they want to send me back to the same dealership, saying there's no one else that could help me.

Friendly and accommodating. With the help of Dan and Alex got me a car in no time. Even with my bad credit. I appreciate them and how cordial they were.

The sales staff and vehicle are fine. However, the fact that I am getting marketing emails and calls from Sirius XM right after purchasing my vehicle is enough to never buy from Walser again. I don't recall agreeing to share my info with them. Couple that with getting marketing calls from their "in-house" Allstate insurance broker, and I will never buy here again.

They guarantee "peace of mind" with your purchase because of their 150+ point inspection, and based on that they will not negotiate the price. OK sounds amazing, right? Well 2 weeks after our purchase our car had an engine issue. So be aware. Thank goodness that Auto Guard Warranty that came with the purchase took care of us or we would have a massive repair bill.Yes there was the warranty, but if you claim to make such thorough inspections then you better really do your work right. Nobody should have to deal with warranties, phone calls, auto repairs within weeks of buying a car. yikes. what a headache. You buy another car so you won't have to worry about repairs for a while. With the sale process, very poorly experienced salesperson, kept getting up to ask other salespeople for help on how to complete the sales documents. We were buying cash, so we didn't need to do all the loan papers etc.. and it still took 3 hours to get out of there. Representative didn't even know how to put the temporary license plate on the car. So we just had it taped to the back window.

Buyers beware....I bought a used Dodge Durango through Walser in Bloomington, MN in October of 2020 and purchased their extended warranty. I brought it to a local Chrysler Dealership for routine oil change and 60k mile maintenance. My license plate light wasn't working and they found a wiring plate/harness issue where the plate and wiring was corroded and contacted Walser to cover it under the warranty. Walser REFUSED stating it is attached to the bulb and therefore not covered under warranty. Since when is a mounting plate or wiring harness a part of routine issues??? Of course it is attached to the bulb...they all would be at some point! A $92 part has turned into a $1200 repair and since it is not the first issue my family has had with Walser's extended warranty. I will likely never purchase another vehicle through them again or recommend them to anyone. Their extended warranty is useless.

Walser is going down a bad path. I held this place to high standards as I used to be employed at walser nissan, but I had the most horrible customer service that has sealed my future dealings with walser. On February 2nd I reserved a test drive from home as I was highly interested in the suv and would have loved to purchase a car from comfort of my own home. February 3rd arrived and was excited to see the car at 9am. I received a text that appointment would be delayed to 10 am which was ok. But then again was missed not sure what happened . I gave them a 3rd chance and rescheduled a Monday but was able to stop in on Friday.I called walser at 9:23am to notify I would be stopping by between 2-3pm. Upon arriving no one had relayed the message. I was finally introduced to a sales man and he went to get suv for test drive. It took longer than usual I would say I waited 20-30 mins as bmw was being held off-site.Once bmw arrived I did a quick test drive but upon my inspection I found many issues.[ ] Oil smell turbo line/seal leak[ ] Driver door panel broken[ ] Front Driver & passenger seat back loose moves 1 inch forward and back[ ] Tailgate motor inop[ ] Fan control button worn off[ ] Sun roof does not open[ ] Parking brake inoperable[ ] Driver side seat heater works for 5 seconds then turns off (New seat)[ ] Max a/c button inoperable[ ] Start button wornEither one of two things happened here, reconditioning tech did not do a thorough inspection or walser is selling cars in this condition under as-is clause. Now that I mentioned all these items I was willing to pay an out the door price $4000 less than asking but I was advised they will not change the price and the only thing they would fix was the tail gate motor. This is a double standard as if I brought a trade in this condition they would not offer price even close to what they are asking. Few days later car is completely gone from any website. I highly doubt it sold and I'm sure they are trying to cover up a mistake they didn't want to own up to. To anyone reading this review please take any car you want to purchase and get it inspected prior to purchasing.

Ordered Outback in July. Still waiting in December for it to arrive. Have been told Sept. Oct, Nov delivery dates. Apparently the car was actually built in Nov 19. It's 12/6 and they have no idea where it is...I understand it's an extraordinary year but really they ought to be able to track a car as well as a UPS package is. Not impressed.

Yesterday I helped my Daughter buy a CRV from Walser Honda. I was going to co-sign on the loan. The sales rep was good. However, the experience was not. First, you are sitting at round tables in an open area similar to a cafeteria. So, when he asked me what my monthly gross income was the customers at the tables next to us could over hear. Which brings me to my second concern and the experience. Because the sales rep just has his tablet PC, he was constantly getting up and down to go make copies, to get some paper work, which means we were sitting waiting a lot. It gave us time to ease drop on other customers. (See previous comment). The third issue is the amount of time. We knew exactly which car we wanted. We arrived at 11:00 am and we didn't leave until 3:15. Unbelievable! So Walser, figure out how to make the experience more personal, private and effortless.Again, this was not the sales person's fault. This is an issue of poor experience design.
