I love when I go to a professional business and a worker is wearing a club party dress to work… very off putting…. The dress was not to her finger tips absolutely atrocious. Coming from someone who is young and could usually care less.

Bank wouldn’t take endorsed checks from my father. Had to get my father to come up here with his ID in order to cash them. Wells Fargo can kiss my ass .

I have been a customer for OVER 40 years and have watched your customer service dwindle to almost nothing! Local branches closed on weekends (hire more help instead of closing branch), no coin machines available (I have to wrap coins, take it in for you to unwrap and use coin machine). Seriously considering banking elsewhere. You need to pick it up!

The employees here are very rude and unhelpful. We were condescended to the entire time and struggled to gain access to our funds. They made it difficult and continued to confuse us, mumbling and giving us contradicting information.
We spent over 2 hours at this location today to get a cashier's check. We'll be moving our money to a credit union as soon as possible. But I know for a fact they'll make it as difficult as humanly possible.
We saw the tellers be actively rude not only to us but others in line before and after us.
Calling out Sofia the teller for belittling and condescending and the brunette for being generally unhelpful.
What's the point of having an employee who's job is asking 8 people in line what they're there for but not getting behind the desk to help things move along?

Wells Fargo has the worst customer service in the world. I have spent hours today trying to contact a banker to secure a personal loan. Five calls resulting in no banker can answer your call, but go on line to get appointment. Go on line and they give you a number to call, which tells you to go on line. This is causing me to question my twenty year relationship with Wells Fargo. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

tried giving them a chance for 2 weeks straight to handle an issue on my account, not only are they inefficient but you literally cannot reach them via calling this branch. Seriously, you are wasting your time by coming to this branch for issues.
