Came in to do a wire transfer for a down payment. Thought it would be easy because my husband did his at Huntington Bank the day before and was in and out in 10 minutes. I was not. Teller said 15 minute wait but I’m still sitting hear 53 minutes later waiting while the ONE banker working talked to another couple about anything but the checking account they wanted to set up - soccer, kids, vacations, languages, the trucking industry, I could go on. Get more staff or tell them move it along while people are waiting. Would have made an appointment but we only got our closing numbers today, and the title company needs this done by tomorrow, and wells doesn’t have any appointment availability until next week. Would absolutely change banks if I didn’t have such a long account history.

Every time I go to deposit, the staff always makes me feel like I’m an annoyance. Ya’ll work at a bank! And add to that Wells Fargo’s attempts at slowly phasing out bank teller just generally makes for a terrible customer experience every week I have to go to the bank.

This location is horrible. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I have been sitting there for half an hour and once she called me she told me it is lunch time and suggested to reschedule my appointment -I am not coming back.

John Wilcox was very respectful and helpful in many ways and got me started on my checking and savings account. Definitely would recommend going to speak to him !

What a clown show.Outside drive up tellers = closed forever.Outside drive up atm = doesn’t work.ATM at the front door = doesn’t work (no cash or no deposits accepted).Go inside and half the building is closed.And let’s not forget that Wells Fargo scammed all its customers.Avoid like the plague.

All I needed was a check to be co-signed/endorsed. I called the national WF number and gave them all the insurance claim details. They told me I could go to any WF bank to get it endorsed. So I show up here with my check and supporting paperwork on a Thur afternoon, and they tell me they can’t help me now, but we will book you an appointment with a banker at 10am Friday. I was told “He will be waiting for you at 10.” Well, the banker was finally available to meet with me at 10:30, and I wasn’t done with the process until 10:50. I think the banker did his best (thus 2/5 stars), but my overall experience was a big fail.By comparison, I also had to get Vermilion Bank to endorse this check. Took 1 minute. Walked in, got it signed, walked out.

Mr John Wilcox was so amazing. Helped my brother opened an account and was so patient. The other banker had told us, we won't be able to do it today. But Mr. Wilcox was amazing. Thank you.
