John Wilcox was very respectful and helpful in many ways and got me started on my checking and savings account. Definitely would recommend going to speak to him !

Every time I go to deposit, the staff always makes me feel like I’m an annoyance. Ya’ll work at a bank! And add to that Wells Fargo’s attempts at slowly phasing out bank teller just generally makes for a terrible customer experience every week I have to go to the bank.

What a clown show.Outside drive up tellers = closed forever.Outside drive up atm = doesn’t work.ATM at the front door = doesn’t work (no cash or no deposits accepted).Go inside and half the building is closed.And let’s not forget that Wells Fargo scammed all its customers.Avoid like the plague.

All I needed was a check to be co-signed/endorsed. I called the national WF number and gave them all the insurance claim details. They told me I could go to any WF bank to get it endorsed. So I show up here with my check and supporting paperwork on a Thur afternoon, and they tell me they can’t help me now, but we will book you an appointment with a banker at 10am Friday. I was told “He will be waiting for you at 10.” Well, the banker was finally available to meet with me at 10:30, and I wasn’t done with the process until 10:50. I think the banker did his best (thus 2/5 stars), but my overall experience was a big fail.By comparison, I also had to get Vermilion Bank to endorse this check. Took 1 minute. Walked in, got it signed, walked out.

Mr John Wilcox was so amazing. Helped my brother opened an account and was so patient. The other banker had told us, we won't be able to do it today. But Mr. Wilcox was amazing. Thank you.

Walked in to open a checking account was told by a manager the easiest way to do so was through then mobile app. When it didn’t work I asked the teller for assistance and was handed the customer service number. No one seems to want to help or cares about customer service. Taking my money elsewhere.

This location is horrible. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I have been sitting there for half an hour and once she called me she told me it is lunch time and suggested to reschedule my appointment -I am not coming back.

I would say this location is terrible because the branch manager (Kelly) he is incompetent to run a good business and solve problems. Bankers get bombarded with unhappy customers. I have heard customers scream to bankers. Homeless guys run into the branch to stay cool, use the phone and lounge, maybe bathe too in the restrooms but I didn’t see it yet. I would not use WF to do banking period or investing. Avid Wells Fargo at all cost. This is not a bank but a “joke” pretending to be a bank.

Worst banking experience ever! Trying to deal with deceased parents safe box, was told to gain access both death certificates needed and must wait at least 30 days from death. Came back just over a month later and nothing but more run around. Won't allow access or to retrieve belongs without court order. Never given appropriate information upon first inquiry!
