“I was extremely satisfied with my service today. Matt even walked outside to meet me when he saw me drive up. Came to have my Subaru Ascent TPMS light/tire pressures checked. They replaced a bad TPMS sensor for free that had been put on in Jan. Blake who did the work also told me everything they did (tire rotation too). All done in < half hour. I couldn't be happier!”

“I bought 2 tires last year and after only 6000 miles they were ready for replacement. I was given a warranty credit for them which helped me get a better quality tire replacement at an affordable price. They also fixed another issue with a leaking tire on rear for free! Great service and team got my car in immediately and had me on my way in a short time. No 5 stars due to the fact that I bought wipers and even asked if they installed them and was told yes. They were not replaced but I was charged. When I bought my original tires from them I also got wipers which I had to ask to have put on because they didn't then either. This time after being told they were when they clearly were not I decided that rather than go back in again I just won't be buying wiper blades from them. I will buy and replace myself.”

He also carried the new rim from my truck and carried the rim and tire back to the truck in the rain!

Got a call from Discount Tires and they assisted me with my concern. I was fairly compensated for my experience in a timely and professional manor, and am happy with the results.
I had gone to Discount Tires for a tire valve replacement and was quoted at $30 for both of them. I had also mentioned a minor issue with one other tire and was told that the inspection of it would be free or charge. About 40 minutes later a worker came in with said tire saying it needed to be replaced. I told him I wanted to do that at a later date, and that I just wanted it looked at. He replied saying that he would be fired if he didn't replace the tire. I had to pay an extra $100+ for a new tire that I didn't ask for.
Not only did I have to pay for something I didn't ask for, my email and personal complaint to management was completely ignored.
I was quoted on a set price for what I came in for and ended up having to pay 3x that for some reason. I am extremely disappointed with this business practice and downright unfair payment for something I didn't even want in the first place.”

Flat tire had a screw in it,..was hoping to go a little while longer. But decided to run over and just pull the plug on 4 new tires.
