Mary Burrows was the best!!!!
I broke my ring on a cruise and was worried that it wasn’t gonna get fixed because I also lost a stone, came in the Zales store and was worried from the first encounter that I was out of luck !! Mary luckily took over and figured everything out. I walked out the same day with a brand new ring I couldn’t had a better experience !!!!

Mary has helped me 98% of the time I've walked in this store and has been the best every time!! I come in fairly often as my little side diamonds keep falling out. I called today to see my options as replacing my ring isn't an option due to not being sold anymore so sad face but Katie did let me know they're having a diamond sale tomorrow and let me make an appointment. This is great considering our 2 year anniversary is on Tuesday. I just wish there was more info on the Diamond Events so I could know more about what I'm walking into as I have to leave immediately after to go out of town.
