This company is not legit. I bought a Samsung note 5. they did not send it with the SIM card and it is of no use to me. Keep away from this company. They do not respond back by email or phone. This company is bad.

New right out of the box. And the price is right. Had a variety of tv sizes but not what I was specifically looking for. But for this brand and size and condition, I couldn't beat it. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs any electronics to go there. I'm even going back to purchase a PS4 soon.

Today I received my order(GPS TomTom 1535 Live) from ZKarlo Inc by eBay. They had written in description "It's a new item in box"but it was not only new, But also was so dirty, broken some part and finally a lot of scratches on it!! I been so mad because they thought the customer is fool and no respect . I wanted to go trip for 4 days later but I have no any GPS to do that.

I will be happy to change this review of we see results. We ordered a dongle for the keyboard on Rock Band. I was glad to see it shows up quickly, but found that it was the wrong dongle. It was for Tony Hawk. Won't work on the keyboard. After emailing KrayzeeKrayzee I got a quick response asking for pictures to show the mistake. I sent those right off..... And that's the end of the story. No response back. I've emailed a couple of times. Nothing. They have a phone number on their website, but it says they only use email. Why even have a phone number? Very disappointed.

I highly recommend not doing business with this company. They are dishonest and less than prompt in helping their customers. I felt quite offended by their assumption that I was an ignorant buyer; it was not verbally spoken but their actions spoke loud enough. I will not be dealing with them any further.
