T.j. and another employee came to my parents house. Got them all set up with new tv connected and even the spare one. Answered all my parents answers. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the great service.

Horrible customer service if I could give 0 stars I would they love to overcharge and then say it's late fees takes them forever and a day to get a technician out to fix problems everyone there is very rude

Quality and prices are very good and if it wasn't for the employees entering our home UNMASKED, I'd give them ?????! I unfortunately suffer from an immune deficiency that requires me to extremely careful during this COVID Pandemic. (I've never lived through one before so I have to take precautions because I don't want to get sick and die.) We did inform them and I hope that they have changed their practices, prior to entering people's homes. All thumbs up if that has changed ??????????????

Unsymmetrical fiber. This company is filled with scums that just want to take your cash. For one gig internet (symmetrical) with CenturyLink it is $65 a month. With Bevcomm? 1 gig (unsymmetrical) $109. If they had symmetrical speeds that wouldn't be so outrageous. Also fiber took over 2 years after promised date.
