On 04/3/2025 at 5:50 I was grabbing some ground beef to help with a fundraiser and my card declined because it was expired and the employee paid for it with his own money. Great worker

I travel the State of MN for work and have been in a number Dollar General locations. The Braham location is the worst location I've seen. It's a mess! There are tables and inventory EVERYWHERE! There is inventory on the sidewalk that has been there so long the packaging is faded - either from rain or sun, or both. These are not items I would purchase any longer, and I'm guessing most customers feel the same way. The entrance is full of items that I would consider "junk" - or, at least they are presented that way. It's not a good first impression. I also no others in the community. One person even stated they have seen mice running around at this location. I would suggest you clean up your act or people will go somewhere else - if they haven't already. It's very disappointing that this has gone on so long.

The laziest workers ever work here, they don’t open, always closed to short staff yet 4 of them are there smoking outside yet store is closed, the place is always a mess and need to close down isles or the store in order to stock!? I think my toddler could run the store better than the adults that try too.

Never open, place is a mess. Braham should get rid of the store and get one in that can stay open for customers. Go there this Saturday and they're still getting chills ready at noon they're still not open and it's supposed to be open every day at 8:00 a.m..

Closed all the time randomly without warning, Opens late without warning. Out of a lot of stuff frequently. Just added produce section but usually it's rotted or shut down. It's horrible to not have another store in our little town the closest one is 20 min away and have to depend on this train-wreck of a store to get necessities. You can do better.

Second day in a row that this store has not been open at the times listed on the door. Went to this location at 4pm 6/ doors locked and lights all on. Went 6/5 8:30 am doors still locked and all lights on. Something needs to be done about this or hours need to be modified

I miss the old employees. These new ones are the worst. Braham store is always such a mess and they can't even make it to work on time to open up the store before they actually open. Where were the other employees who started at the same time? Were they late as well? Or were they waiting for her to unlock the store? In that case, she needs to give someone else, who is on time, the keys.
