“I cannot say enough about how awesome Genesis Wireless is. I've had service them for more than 15 years which has allowed me to be able to work from home. Throughout this time, when service was down or slow, an inquiry via phone or text prompted a nearly immediate reply - even at 4 AM when I start work. Until recently their speed was 'good enough', 10 - 15 mbps, and better than any other option in this rural area. Recently my electric cooperative began offering fiber at a lower price so I needed to make a choice on whether to jump ship. The one thing that held me back was that Genesis's customer serivce is INCREDIBLE. So, I called asking what they could do. The answer was immediate - we'll get you more speed and drop our charge. Wow did they! They spent a lot of time to making this happen. We have a lot of trees around the house so they tried different things. They put up a repeater station and went on my (steep) roof numerous times (changing receivers, adjusting). In the end my speed is now up to par with the cooperative and sometimes more than the highest they offered and the price is less. I would write more but guess most interested folks would get bored so PLEASE GIVE THESE GREAT FOLKS A CHANCE!”
