Bought a cabin with one of Amergas tanks on it . Never purchased any gas and wanted them to remove their tank. They charged me $ 420 for that service. Beware!

Really - Negative 5 stars but that's not an option. These people are AWFUL. I have a tank already on my new property. I was calling to find out if it was owned by Amerigas or if I did. It took forever to get a human on the phone. Direct quote from Customer Service Agent. "We have no record of the Tank ID #. I cannot tell you if we own it or not" and "I can't transfer you to a supervisor because you are NOT a customer."' Will I ever be a customer. NOT NOW. Call Rahns.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use this company! We winterized our house in october and shUt the gas off to the house. Somehow they keep coming every few months and putting in $300worth of propane which Absolutelyimpossible the tank is SHUT OFF! When you call you get somebody from india that is no help whatsoever. They have scammed us about $900! Once again do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE ! They called left a message and now I can not get some one to call back. Once again they are crooks. Stay Away from this company!

BUYERS BEWARE! Worst Company EVER! I recently switched to another provider because they were local and so so so much more affordable. Amerigas has been charging us for years at nearly DOUBLE the rate for $/gal from other local providers and MORE THAN DOUBLE the rate for tank rental. Their customer service has been horrible: account maintenance issues galore. Each time I called I was transferred to so many incompetent reps who were really difficult to communicate with and understand and provided little to no resolution. I finally got fed up, and I terminated the service. The process to cancel was a massive PITA, PLUS Amerigas sent a final bill for $390 for various fees to cancel service. When I called to question the final bill and request credit, they stood by their charges referencing my service contract. I asked for them to send a copy- and they sent terms and conditions and SOMEONE ELSE'S CONTRACT. Completely unprofessional, massive waste of time, and outrageously overpriced... never again.

Horrible CS, call hung up on me five times, waited on hold for over 48 minutes and then was hung up on, CS would not do the “soft credit check” for me that was clearly stated on your webpage
