When i got there nobody greeted me, so i turned around and left, let alone it seemed like several of the employees just hung around outside at their hangout spot,
They looked like they were selling drugs or drug dealers with this eyesore on top of their appearances.
I live across the street basically, and see this parked monstrosity of a mess out side all day and night whenever i drive by for over a month now

i use to work here i really enjoyed it 1st job in my life however i had tto take care of some legal things and im still rehireable its under new mangemnet whom doesnt care for me at all! great store ive always liked autozone exspecially as my preferred store but i feel discriminated, and idk why

I stopped in at Autozone for a new headlight, as I only had one out! Jim was extremely helpful with showing me my options and explaining the differences in each one! I decided on a brighter bulb so I went with the double pack so they match. Jim came out no problems and not only replaced the one that was out for me, but replaced both! Extremely fast and efficient and I was on my way with 2 new bright lights! Thanks Jim!!

HUGE shoutout to Chip and Jim! Two extremely knowledgeable and helpful fellas you got here. Went in to get a new set of headlight bulbs and was confused about what ones to get. Asked for help and I'm not sure what gentleman exactly came out first but he took the time to actually look at my headlights and recommend a way better bulb than what I was looking at. I had plans to install the bulb that was out just as we got to our next stop but Chip and Jim decided to save me and my wife from a possible ticket and helped us get the lights installed before we left the parking lot! I know alot of people would say "give this guy/these guys a raise" Now if that is a possibility for these two gentleman by all means do so! But at the very least if you can't do that just make sure you recognize them for going above and beyond for the customer. This was easily one of the best shopping experiences I've had in the brainerd/baxter area in a very long time! Thanks again Chip and Jim!
