I would like the thank the BN credit Union Staff for them going above and beyond. They stopped my elderly senile mother Sandra from being scammed out of her life savings - if not for their attention to detail and then informing authorities to what they knew she may have lost it all. This was obviously the right thing to do and saved her 100’s of thousands from being scammed from an elderly lady that would have spent every penny of her life savings trying to buy love in all the wrong places !!

I have a conservatorship they do things that are not in the court order. Kaycie says it’s not she job to know what the judges conservatorship says. She is willing to let the conservators into and have access to accounts that are not part of the conservatorship estate. It’s very clear. I gave Kaycie a printout copy of stat. 524.5-217(g) and she still let the conservators do it wrong. I told Kaycie she has no respect for a BN credit union member. She also let them be into my safety deposit box after conservatorship ended. She said April 04 2022 ended after the work day. It ended as all days at 12:01AM. She also let conservator or CU employee miss date entry into safety deposit box. She also let one of conservators keep safety deposit box keys when there conservatorship endedAs a million dollar member I am very concerned how Kaycie is handling this.I am also suppose to be able to look at all accounts and she tells me she can not send accounts to two address. Also against judges order.

Great bank! A real person answers the phone and helps with transactions. Service is great and interest rates on loans are very competitive.
