There is an issue with the guy working the kitchen on 9/19/25 in the morning with the backwards baseball cap, i only come here in the mornings and I see him often back there.
He has an attitude which combined with his rudeness and disrespect creates an uncomfortable environment for your customers.
There is a notable difference between the days he is working and the days he isn't with what is prepared and available for purchase. The hot food cases on the days he works are empty, and when there is an occasional item it is usually poorly made, ie. Burnt or sloppy.
When you ask him if he can make you something he will inform you that you should've ordered it in advance, i don't think he makes anything unless it's ordered in advance but frankly if I did and he was the one who prepared it I would be disappointed so, no, I won't order in advance at risk of him being the one working that day.
If we walk in and see him working we turn right around and walk out which is clearly what he intends, he gives hostile glares to patrons who ask about food and if I didn't know any better I'd assume he was trying to sabotage the business out of spite.
My wife doesn't like going here anymore because of the possibility he might be working and I'm sure she's not alone.
This is a toxic attitude that will spread to other employees if not addressed

Everytime I come here the food is either well under cooked or overly cooked. Or theres just nothing out for hot food wise

Cashier named Allison rang others up then left the till to do other duties even tho there was a line and it was not time sensitive work. She then continuously told me how to purchase the items even tho she was the one taking FOREVER to ring me up. I would not recommend this Casey’s. Head over the the one on Oak. They are much nicer and it’s only like half a mile further.

Writing as a regular car driver. The people are nice, the store is clean, the gas is gas. Go cry about a gas station somewhere else

I just stopped here in the case they keep the donuts in is full of bugs. According to the lady working corporate won't let her do anything about it. I find that hard to believe but that's what she said.

The worse place to get food, every time I go in for lunch there is no food. Every single time yet they have kitchen staff are in the bad.

I'm almost certain their pumps are off. Said I filled 11 gallons when I have a 15 gallon tank. I was at half on my meter and just was going to top off since it's cheaper here than where I live.

Diesel drivers stay away! Been getting fuel here all fall/winter almost exclusively because the best price. My truck gelled at -11 with recently changed fuel filters. Mediocre fuel.

their food is always cold. every time. if you get a breakfast sandwich the cheese won't even be melted and the bun will still be cold like it wasn't even properly heated in the first place. every time.

The prices are fine but a few of the workers are very rude and unprofessional but there are a couple nice ones otherwise I wouldn't go there I would go to the one in baxter

Worst gas station in town. If you try to buy a gas at the pumps the pumps will be messed up. If you go inside to pay there will be a line a mile long I guarantee you. They should bulldoze this station to the ground and salt the earth.Atrocious in every way.

Staff are normally very friendly. But lately whenever I call to order a pizza for pick up. The staff are very rude.

Casey’s at Pine Square in Brainerd Minnesota.Rude! Tried to use gas pump 10. The screen on the pump went black with a red box around it saying error. Tried to hit the help button. Nothing would work. Drove to a different pump and finally got gas. Went inside and kindly told Alex about the pump not working…and he flippantly asked me if I knew it was pay the pump. I responded… yes, and explained what was going on with the screen and he said that was news to him, and then proceeded not to say anything else to me.That they would want to know so other customers wouldn’t be in positions. Awful customer service.!!
