I visited the Cricket Wireless Store today. They were helpful in making adjustments on my phone except when I try to go into an app. I have to press the app. several times to get in, this problem wasn't solved. Very frustrating. When your phone is having issues you have to send your phone to Cricket and they decide if your phone can be repaired before they send you out a replacement. Due to this policy, I will have to look for a cellphone provider closer to home.

I changed from straighttalk to cricket. I was afraid it was going to be a hassle, lmao Mike helped me out and was so very patient with my questions! Mike was training a gentleman at the same time and I have to say that Mike and his trainee rocked today.!! Best part of switching I kept my number. Cricket give Mike a raise for putting up with a scattered customer!

Worst customer service in the world for me being an existing customer if it was not for littlefalls cricket confirming what I thought about the accessories that we need to buy them so thank you brainerd will never go there again but thank you little falls for selling me the phone I wanted

I went in today to talk about my son's phone. Without even looking at the phone, we were told there was nothing they could. I was actually planning on buying a new phone for him, but she brushed us off. I walked out upset and went to a different phone service. I am done with Cricket due to their very poor service.

Last year I was here and bought a phone. The sales rep was smart, friendly and helpful. I was also into the store 2 weeks ago and the sales rep was missing a few teeth, had a foul body odor, and when I asked questions about the phones and plans the sales rep frequently responded "I'm not sure".Also semi-confusing parking situation for customers.

This sales clerk was extremely sarcastic and I found it to be super rude. I will NEVER switch my service over to cricket due to this woman's lack of customer service skills.
