Bought out Cub Foods, doesn't offer delivery or pick up like Cub did...talk about a downgrade. Unfortunately, they now have a monopoly on grocery stores in the area.

Wish Cub was still here. At least they carried some healthy stuff. If you want healthy food. This area is a definitely a food desert! Very minimal organic stuff. Only tons of highly processed foods!

I have never had a bad experience at Cub foods ever until today. We had a young boy as our cashier and when checking out he never once put his head up to talk at all and when we needed his attention he gave us the worst attitude, rolling his eyes and cold shouldering us and unfortunately this isn’t the first time he had done this, the guy ahead of us had the same experience with this young boy. I truly am disappointed in Cub especially since I’ve always known Cub to be a wonderful grocery store with wonderful staff.

I've delivered groceries for years and this is possibly the least inviting Cub Foods I've ever been to
There is a little grouchy lady that has been rude to me on several occasions
Almost like she thinks because she's management she's too good to help customers.....
It's outrageous how different the Baxter Cub Foods is from this one The Baxter Cub Foods location is outstanding The Brainerd location falls short on almost every level....

At 5pm the delivery guy would not thin slice ham for me because slicer was taken apart for closing he said.
Really at 5pm when people get off work. Will do my business elsewhere

I had a very creepy interaction with another customer last night and the 2 managers up front handled it very quickly, took it seriously, followed the creep. Both came out to the lot to make sure me and another female customer who also had a creepy interaction with the same man made it to our cars and he didn't follow either of us out of the lot. The creep came out right after we both left, empty handed. So impressed with the way my concern was handled! I couldn't wait til this morning so that I could call the store manager and give some credit to the staff! Thank you, to those 2 managers, sorry I didn't get your names!
