I chose Brainerd Cub pharmacy and I have been using this pharmacy for about 3 years and I am overjoyed at the choice that I have made! They are all very helpful, very nice and they care about the well being of everyone and I really appreciate the fact that I have the best pharmacy in town!!

My sons vehicle was vandalized in their parking lot, while he was working at cub, because of another Cub Foods employee. Not only did Cub not reprimand this person (it's actually a whole family that was in on this vandalism; a mom and two daughters. One daughter is even a so called "manager") but Cub actually tried to stick up for the people involved. My son quit the next day and is trying to get his vehicle back to running again (his tire was stabbed and sugar was put into his gas tank). A vehicle he worked his butt off to pay for all by himself. Something he was so proud of... and then people do this. Poor kid. Horrible Cub Foods management and employees!

They ran out of my med. ok that happens. No problem. Was told it would be in a certain day so I called and it wasn’t there. Now I’d been without it for four days. They made ME call around to other places in town to find it. Really? Isn’t that what you get paid for? This is a drug you are NOT supposed to quit cold turkey so now I feel awful. Thanks for that! Staff is rude and unhelpful.
