Rented here for winter storage fall 2024 to spring 2025 and had zero problems! Price was great on a 10'x25' unit! 9' roll up door was wide enough to get a large boat in and out of easily compared to others with a standard style garage door that have a 9' door but the actual opening is less from the door trim. Large open driving space to line up and back straight into the units. Key coded gate is always nice to have, some other places I looked at before here that didn't have a gate had visible damage to the unit doors around the latch/lock spots from attempted break-ins, wasn't something I really wanted to have to worry about so the gate was a big plus for an extra level of deterrence. Great communication from the owner and team throughout my rental time. Zero complaints, would definitely rent from them again!

Really great storage unit, I've had a unit here for almost a year now and couldn't recommend them enough. The units are clean, well-built, and a great price. Compared to some other storage units I've seen these feel like luxury units with concrete floors and metal ceiling and walls. Tight seals on doors.

Amy is wonderful. What I thought would only be a couple of months turned out to be an entire year. Place is clean and reasonably price. Would recommend Dircks storage if you're looking for a place to store your items

Great place for a storage unit. Family owned and very accommodating to your needs. Best is they also have the best pricing in the Brainerd/Baxter area.
