Just bought a new 2025 Tucson. So far they have treated me great. The truth will be when I need an oil change and to get some work done. I will be doing more honest posts as I have work done. Hope all keeps going great. 10/02/25. For the last month my whole dash goes black for a few seconds then comes back on. Does this many times.One time it stayed black. I took pictures of it and gave it to them so they have a record of it. I should have done a video. They told me nothing shows up as anything wrong. They need to see it when it happens. It doesn't happen all the time and I usually am not in the area when it happens. This has to happen to someone else in the country. Check with the R&D people. I don't like driving it and I don't feel safe.How do I know that it won't start on fire.I have talked to them three or four times about this.

I hate that you are not allowed to make an appointment for oil changes. It is purely about what allows them to push as many cars through as quickly as possible . It has nothing to do with customer service which is what it should be all about!!! They never offer to wash your car after service. The last oil change I did 2 weeks ago, I was there 20 minutes after they opened and had to wait over 2 hours for them to change my oil.

I would highly recommend Dondelinger Hyundai. I purchased a pre-owned Tucson in June and couldn't be more pleased.
My sales representative Jacob Okon was amazing! He knew what I was looking for, my price range and specifications and followed through flawlessly! He was professional, engaged and approachable.
They also have a fantastic service department and always get the job done in a timely curtious manner.
If you live in or are near the lakes area of Brainerd/Baxter definitely consider them for your next car purchase!

Jake sold me not one, but TWO cars in two years — so clearly, he’s doing something right.
Both experiences were so smooth and fast, I felt like I was in and out before my coffee even cooled down. He made the whole thing actually fun, which is wild because who enjoys car shopping? Apparently, I do now.
Jake doesn’t do the pushy salesman thing — instead, he listens, makes you laugh, finds exactly what you want, and somehow makes signing a million papers feel like a party.
If you want a car and a good time (the legal kind), go see Jake. You might even end up buying two.
In all seriousness though, this will forever be the place I go when I need a car, the absolute best time, and the easiest smoothest process.

Had an appointment for an engine noise. They charged me $120 for an oil change and said the engine noise is normal. Not going back!

I took my car in for recalled parts. They took off the tensioner belt in order to replace the alternator. They said it couldn't be put back on so I had to buy and pay labor for changing the belt. Hyundai corporation won't pay for it either. I got 30 miles away and the car quit. They did send a tow truck to get it back to the dealership and gave me a loaner. A day or two later I was told another part that they took off for recall needed to be replaced but the part was no longer available. I searched locally and found that AutoZone carries the part. I called the dealership with this information and they got one from AutoZone in Brainerd. The car was worked on 9 days ago and I still don't have it back. At least I have a car of their's to use in the meantime.
