I have been using the Brainerd Essentia Pharmacy for for years and am very happy with the staff there. Very knowledgeable, always helpful and conscientious. I had no problem with the staff at the entrance and their line of questioning until my last visit there where I was greeted by the Aryan blond. The only thing missing from her attitude and attire was the N*** arm band. Enough is enough. I am transferring my perscriptions elsewhere regardless of the inconvenience.

What a really remarkable pharmacy. Each and every time we go to pick up our meds they're always correct, the billing is complete and it's an easy process. The the pharmacist Randy and Dominic are always pleasant, professional and caring. If we have any questions they never seem rushed or impatient and both are very knowledgeable. Essentia Health is damn lucky to have them as their pharmacist!! We would highly recommend this pharmacy. ? Kim Kiepura and Blair Bowling
