We have worked with Joey and her staff several times over the last 5 years and have always been impressed with their professional service and knowledgeable advice. 2 years ago we purchased a $450.00 delta faucet and it developed problems. I took the pictures of the faucet to Joey and she assured me that it would be replaced under our warranty. She immediately called her rep and connected me with the corporate office to problem solve. This process proved cumbersome and I again contacted Joey. She called the rep and I had a new faucet within 3 days. Once installed with new batteries from the factory the faucet quit working after 2 days. I contacted Joey and she again called her rep and sent me problem solving tips that very day. One was to install new batteries which subsequently solved the problem. Her quality advocacy and timely response to our needs as a customer were exceptional and something we could not have received at any big box store. Kudos to you Joey and staff and thank you for your superb service!!!!

We had such great service with Ashley at Gerhards! We have a new build and were in the process of choosing all of the plumbing fixtures. She understood our budget and gave great suggestions on what would fit best with our family! Thanks Ashley!

Ordered kitchen faucet, bathroom countertop, two bathroom faucets and a new shower faucet in February. In September when everything arrived, the countertop was missing side back splashes. The two bathroom faucets were not the same. One was pull stopper and the other was a push stopper. We had to change the order for the shower from Delta to Moen specifically because the handle needed to be a pull handle to turn on the water. When it arrived it was a turn handle instead of a pull handle. All this time, I was stopping in monthly because there was no communication on the status of my order. Hopefully it won’t take 8 months again to get the errors corrected. The kitchen faucet appeared to never be ordered so was obtained from another supplier four months ago, since my kitchen countertops had been installed.
