This Goodwill store receives mixed reviews from customers. Many find it a tidy, well-organized, and easy-to-navigate store with a great selection. Customers report finding quality items, cute tops, and good home decor and books. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and kind, often announcing daily sales upon entry. The store also offers reusable bags. However, some note a recent decline. A change in rack layout from rounders has made the store feel cluttered and hard to shop, trapping customers. Pricing is often criticized as ridiculous for used items, causing hesitation. There are no dressing rooms, and the return policy only offers store credit within seven days, which is unhelpful for non-local shoppers. A specific employee's behavior, including using the term "hun" with female shoppers and an overly familiar physical interaction, has made some customers uncomfortable and unwilling to shop when that person is working. A faint scent of marijuana is sometimes noticed in the back, attributed to the neighboring businesses. Despite the critiques, many have had positive shopping experiences and a former employee praised the management team for providing phenomenal hands-on business experience and exceptional core values.
The staff is super nice, and I found my favorite sweater here.

weirdest goodwill ive ever been to. reasonably priced items but very small store and not well organized. the woman working there followed very very close behind me a couple times - my husband and i both thought she was gonna pickpocket me. she also shamed me for not rounding up to donate at check out.
