BOATERS BEWARE. I brought my pontoon in for new prop shaft seals instead they took the entire unit apart told me the bearings where all rusty which they we not and ordered new parts before contacting me to see what I wanted to do.He charged me $1,400 for very little work It sat there for 5 weeks he said waiting for a special tool. I wanted my boat back so picked it up took it to another dealer he said there was nothing wrong with the bearings put it all back together and it works fine.He was very rude and totally unhelpful very bad experience.

Very poor customer service! Had our boat for 6 weeks and didn't fix it. Overcharged!!! Stay away!

Neighbor took in pontoon for new lower unit seals. Lower unit was brand new last year. Said bearings were rusted and needed replacing. Estimated $1800.00 to repair. Had 4 weeks and nothing done. Said they needed special tool to reassemble but didn’t need to take apart? Picked up boat to take to another repair shop. No help in loading up boat and no apology. Very poor customer service! Will never recommend this marine to anyone!!

Very accommodating and personable people. Mike is first class for boat service needs. Could’ve up charged me on a few things, but didn’t. Lots of integrity at Hwy 3 Marine!!

I have a 2018 Starcraft pontoon and needed to replace my stearn light (went missing during the winter) and asked about getting a couple pins because I was replacing my bimini top hardware to quick release. Brian was super helpful, explained what I needed and what needed to be done, and didn’t even charge me for the pins. They have a new, happy customer.

Very knowledgeable staff there, Mike is Awesome. They sell Warrior Boats which are premium fiberglass walleye and multi-species fishing boats.

Horrible service. Brought it for winterizing but when I checked in the spring the oil looked as if it had not been changed. Brought it in for a mechanical issue and was told nothing was wrong. Took it out and the steering linkage was loose and became detached. Many calls and emails regarding warranty issues with little to no responses from owner. Started a warranty issue regarding the console last year and when I called this spring I was told he was no longer a crestliner dealer. No phone call letting us know that even with a pending warranty issue. Had issues with the trailer and ended up contacting shorelander directly and getting the issue resolved. This is after trying to go thru the dealer. On the other hand outlet recreation had the warranty issue approved for replacement in two weeks. Overall it was very difficult dealing with them due to very poor communication. I do not recommend them.

We just purchased a brand new boat from this guy. Speedometer doesn't work, gas gauge doesn't work, fish locator does not work. Apparently they do not go thru everything to make sure all components work. Called to leave a msg, call was not returned. Said we would stop in on Wed. Stopped in to talk to him. Guess what? Not there. Too cowardly to deal with irate customers? Then I suggest you learn about the correct way to do business, and get a crash course in customer service. We will never deal with them again!

Horrible sales deal gone wrong!!!!!!!!!!Purchased a boat in Aug of 2018 and yet to receive a title from the owner Doug, I don't even know who the original owner is, I keep getting run around from owner, when I call up there( I live 200 miles away) all I get is we are getting a new title ect... the DMV is all messed up, We have to get the title from the old owners, we have to get the owner signature, we have to track down a duplicate title, ect........ this has gone on for a year and half!!! I have called 37 times over the last 1.5 years trying to get a title and now Doug wont even take my calls.Paid $10,500.00 for the 25 ft boat 2018 and now its March of 2020 with boating season coming up I am afraid we will be out another year!Being a brand new boat owner and not knowing you needed a title ,I went to register it with the bill of sales I was given after they delivered it in Sept 2018 to Wisconsin, The Wisconsin DNR tells me I need the title- there is the issue, Doug stated he would get it.... but all lip services, his idea of solving the problem was to send me new registration sticker (2021 MN) " stating to me at least now you can use the boat and the DNR wont pull you over.I can not insure the boat, I can not register the boat , we can not even use it case something happens!I believe I have been scammed and now taking other actions - Attorney general's office complaint, BBB complaint, Mn DNR, Legal action.Stay away don't buy from this place or you may end up like me out $10,500.00 and a boat sitting on shore that you can not use!
