Customer service isn’t dead. There’s something to be said about companies that take your money then leave you high and dry but not Hilltop. I had a minor inconvenience and they went above and beyond to help and resolve my concerns. I can’t say that for 90% of the companies I’ve given my money to. Can you? As someone with a million and one reasons to complain about everything, hilltop gets a compliment and my recommendation.

Friendly, helpful people. I had a few questions about my RV repair ( I was doing it myself ). If they didn't know the answer, they were honest with me, which is also helpful as I know to ask elsewhere. They were knowledgeable about all my repair questions except 1, but that was more my fault. I didn't think to look for a model #.

The purchase experience at Hill Top in Brainerd was a pleasure. Their service of my previous camper was excellent.... so, I traded for a park model. Excellent customer oriented staff at Hill Top. Not so much from Pleasureland in St. Cloud, they get a Zero rating.

Tori and Lucas gave great service. They answered all our questions. Troy did a great job during the demo. I would recommend Hill Top in Baxter to anyone looking for a camper/RV. This is our second purchase from this location. We also purchased three others from Hill Top in Fridley.

Can not say enough great things about this place. Lucas and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that the camper we found was everything we could have wanted before we made a trip from Kansas. They even helped us plan our first Minnesota camping adventure! The time that they spent with us before and during our experience was second to none I’ve ever had. I had to drag my husband away because he was having such a great time visiting! 10/10!

Apparently a one hour minimum on work so if it takes 15 minutes I'll be charged more than I would expect, I didn't shop around. But hopefully they'll do a great job on furnace I brought in without having to over charge

Never going back. Overcharged, misleading pricing, cant meet deadlines that they set for themselves, poor quality work.
Edit: i did tell them how unhappy i was with the shotty work which is why they took it back and attempted to fix it. I was still out a thousand dollars for caulking a tiny trailer and the hassle and everything and final product was not worth it.

Nothing short of incredible and safe… that’s the Hilltop experience. Jeffrey helping us define and find exactly what best suits us, to helping us with the logistics of an old camper, to a delivery process of Bob & his guys working in mud and pouring rain for hours, we couldn’t feel better about our choice!
