10/10. Our experience was amazing.
My husband and I looked into a fish house here. They got back to us right away. They got us set up with a 2023 Glacier. The whole process was painless and easy. We drove about 2.5 hours to come and pick it up. Shawn had all the paperwork ready. He was polite, super helpful and answered any questions we had. He helped us get it hooked up and made sure everything for us was good to go before we left. Highly recommend 317 Outdoors if you are looking into a new fish house. Shawn was great and made the whole experience awesome.

Tried to buy deer stand - Simply asked for a measurement so I could bring whatever trailer it would fit on, no call back from salesman.

Stopped on a whim to look at a travel trailer my wife and I had been looking at online. The sales team was busy, so the tech helped me, walked me through the trailer, explained the construction and features. I didn't catch his name, but he was very friendly and gave me very genuine and honest answers to my questions. I appreciate that! Very glad that I stopped!

The crew at Ice Forts is great to deal with. They are very reasonable and willing to help you out with questions, finding parts, etc. Have a nice, clean shop - filled with parts and accessories. Along with a good selection of ice houses. Will be coming back here.

All they want is your money.Once it's hooked on to your vehicle and you pull out of their driveway you can forget about asking them for help down the line.Worst customer service we have experienced.We thought we'd buy from someone who's location is on the way to the cabin, thinking if we had any questions or concerns they would be there to help. We thought wrong, and now we're directed to a different company that we did not buy the fish house from, in order to get our questions answered.Really regret buying from them!
