“So far I am very happy with CTC. Derek was the service person who was very knowledgeable on trouble shooting our previous (broken) line. He gave 100% effort. He then returned to connect out newly installed line. He did an excellent job placing equipment in practical places and made sure all was working! Each time I've called CTC, I get a REAL person. They have been friendly and helpful. TJ just answered (and resolved) 4 different things for me without switching me to someone else. Thank you for GREAT SERVICE all around :)!”
