Went in to get my coolant looked at as I thought it had a problem. Shop looked it over, found no issue and didn’t even charge me. Very friendly staff.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here- The shop was clean, well-organized, and even offered free refreshments :) The new owner was kind, honest, and accommodating. I will be back & highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy service!

Kelly’s is the best and has been for years. The new owner, Cody, is amazing and honest. I took my car to a different shop close to my house because it was making an awful noise and I didn’t think I could make it to Kelly’s. Big mistake. This shop in Crosslake said I needed two new rear wheel bearings and new brake pads and rotors. I was shocked as Kelly’s had just replaced my brake pads and rotors within the last year. I called Cody and was upset, questioning if they had truly done the brakes. He assured me they had and offered to do all the same work as the Crosslake shop for half the price. Crosslake quoted me $2030 and Cody quoted me $1000-saving me over $1000. I limped my car into Kelly’s the next working day and he said I did not in fact need new brakes and rotors and he even showed me their condition (perfectly fine). He said I had just one wheel bearing out but suggested I do them both so they wear evenly with each other (which is true). All in all, my car is running AMAZING again for $900!! Thank you Kelly’s for your honesty and overall amazing work you do, this mom surely appreciated it!!

We called everyone to see if they could clear the code for our BCM so my turn signal would work. They said come on in, did it with in minutes and had great customer service!!!

They were able to get me in within a couple hours of my initial phone call. They took a look at my car right away and were able to determine what was wrong with my car and actually showed me what was wrong. They didn't have the tire size I needed in stock and I did need the repair immediately so I didn't use them for the tires but I would have if I was able to wait. They didn't charge me for looking at my car, even though I offered to pay. They were friendly and seemed honest and competent and I would come back again if I was in the area and had car trouble.

So I just picked up my truck from Kelly’s Service in Brainerd, and am very disappointed in the fact that when I called and dropped off the vehicle I asked for an estimate on my brakes. No phone call with and estimate ☹️. Instead, when they finally called, they had a bill of $570 ready for me! Replaced pads and rotors and probably did an ok job, but I wouldn’t have committed to this as I have a family member whom I was going to give the diagnosis to and save lots of $! Bad communication and a frustrating, expensive experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you're a older person don't come here they will rip you off for $900 doing back brakes. when that someone said they needed the front replaced. I've never heard any break job costing 900... This is B.S and sure makes me mad that you would do this to my mother in law. Wish I could give no stars. I don't recommend this place for any repairs for anyone.

The service was prompt and done when Kelly said it would be. Also complete and well done. Mechanics know what they are doing. Most have a lot of experience. I was satisfied.
