I took the pictures of the faucet to Joey and she assured me that it would be replaced under our warranty. She immediately called her rep and connected me with the corporate office to problem solve. This process proved cumbersome and I again contacted Joey. She called the rep and I had a new faucet within 3 days. Once installed with new batteries from the factory the faucet quit working after 2 days. I contacted Joey and she again called her rep and sent me problem solving tips that very day. One was to install new batteries which subsequently solved the problem. Her quality advocacy and timely response to our needs as a customer were exceptional and something we could not have received at any big box store.
