I recently purchased my first vehicle from a dealership and it was by far the best experience I’ve had buying a used vehicle. The customer service was outstanding, very honest, and they took the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to answer any questions I had. Got my First Truck (2013 Silverado LTZ) here on January 14th. An O2 sensor went out about a week afterwards and they took care of it right away with no charge. The entire Miltimore crew holds themselves to a higher standard than any other dealership especially in terms of customer service, attention to detail, integrity, and honesty. I highly recommend Miltimore, I would give these guys 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Thank you again Randy and Drew!

Miltimore is always dedicated to exceptional customer service. As a woman, some shops will take advantage of this fact with unnecessary repairs. Miltimore does not do this so I trust their information and can be assured they are not charging for extra unneeded repair. I appreciate their integrity and honesty.
