My experience with Ocelco is consistent with many other reviews – i.e., disappointing. I needed more product specifications than were available on their terse website. I submitted an inquiry for more specific fitment information. I got a blow-off reply from Dan M. that was literally copied from the website I had already seen – no more effort than that. I replied explaining what information I needed to ensure proper fit and function. No response. Apparently just not important enough for him to bother. I will update this review if I ever get a useful response. Until then, I’m shopping elsewhere.

Poor communication. Didn't get my product. They did refund me but without any communication at all.

Ordered a shower seat that said it would expand to a certain length and on opening the box it did not. Contacted them and they refused a return saying it had been opened. How would I know it's false advertising without opening the box??? Rip off pure and simple.

I would not advise ordering anything from this company if you are an individual. It took several weeks to receive my order. Once I did it was clear that it was assembled incorrectly from the manufacturer. I called and asked for help. They then referred me to the manufacturer company. The manufacturer told me that I had ordered the wrong item then re directed me back to Ocelco. Ocelco approved my return but I was going to have to pay for return shipping plus a 15% restock fee. I now am stuck with a walker that is assembled incorrectly. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before I ordered as it is clear this is company is not a place you would want to do business with.

All 4 wheels on a seated knee scooter I received don't touch the ground at the same time. They told me that the wheels are on incorrectly. I followed instructions in the manual. I also took auto mechanics in high and was in the top of my class. It's a manufacturer flaw. I'm contacting the BBB and making a second call to my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE.

Mike in sales is the only reason I will give two stars instead of zero! Our company originally spoke with Rachel when attempting to purchase 200 PVC drop strips. She told us they had 214 available and there would be no issue in getting the order to us by Tuesday (we called on a Friday). When no quote appeared by Monday morning, I called and was told she was still waiting on a number. I didn't understand this, but she said she would call back. I called again an hour later and was given the same answer. Another hour later I was told she had gone to lunch and that shipping ended in 15 minutes so there was virtually no longer a way to get our order to us on time. This was an extremely time sensitive matter that Rachel was aware of. We were also told they hadn't had more than 200 of this product in months and had no idea where she got 214 from. Luckily Mike was able to rush our order and get us all of the 158 they actually had in stock! Rachel is completely incompetent and apathetic - she should not be working for Ocelco!
