I have had a very positive experience working with Riddle's to replace the original diamond in my wife's wedding ring. The original had broken, but to be clear, it was not purchased from Riddle's. I found the staff, especially Kylie, to be very energetic and to offer excellent guidance. Suffice it to say, I am very pleased with the result.
