We are long term customers.
With that our Microwave "died" Friday morning. By midday I was at the store to purchase a new one.
I walked in & was immediately greeted by Nate. His Customer Service couldn't have been BETTER!! He listened closely to my needs & understood I was on a BUDGET. I purchased a Frigidaire microwave in "White". An hour later I returned to the store. "A woman can change her mind"!
I THEN purchased the same microwave in Stainless PLUS a matching STOVE!!
YES!! NATE IS a WONDERFUL Salesperson!!!

WOW!! What an experience !!! I have always bought my appliances from the big box stores, not anymore. I will be buying from Schroeder’s going forward. Daria was very personable, and waiting to talk with her the other 2 guys answered all of my questions and if they didn’t know the answer they found it out for me. I like the idea of if I need a repair on my purchase i call them and they come and fix it, unlike the big box store you have to do all the leg work and 9 time out of 10 you get the run around.

Brad and Jeremy were awesome. They were tasked with the removal of an be old refrigerator and the installation of a new refrigerator. They worked well together as a team and after installation went through all of the features of the new refrigerator. They exceeded all of our expectations.

Dustin came to our home this morning to fix our electric fireplace. He did an awesome job, and also answered our questions about some of our other appliances that we would like maintained throughout the year. He seemed very knowledgeable and very polite. We would highly recommend him!

Schroeder's Home Services for the win! From buying, setting up delivery and installation it was a great experience. Great contact from them to Me. Jeremy and Mark came and took the old stove away and had to convert from electric to gas on the new stove and they did great! Both so friendly and courteous! Highly recommend!
