I just go here for the car wash..usually no complaints. Pull in shut the doors in winter. All the equipment usually is functioning. Laundry mat usually has an attendant on duty business hours. The car washes do have Card readers accept cash and coin. So thats nice. Just a little outdated but overall I like it.

Love it here, it only takes 2 washers for about 3 weeks of clothes,and we only have to use 1 of the dryers and in all total it takes about an hour and a half to 2 hours

I have been coming to Snow White laundromat and car wash for the past 3 years and can’t complain about the price and quality of their equipment. Unfortunately while leaving one of the wash bays the door sensors malfunctioned and the door came down on the windshield of my truck. I asked an employee for some help with who I needed to contact and he gave me the owners contact info to resolve the issue. The owner was very professional and apologetic and offered to pay to replace the windshield if I would get a quote and forward it to him. Within about 1 - 1 1/2 hours the owner confirmed he would pay for the damages due to mechanical error at this establishment. I set up an appointment for the next morning and the owner sent me picture confirmation of the invoice paid in full after the appointment. He again apologized and stated he would have the mechanical issues fixed asap. 10/10 I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to wash clothing or their vehicles!

This is a decent car wash . I don't understand why I don't get soap when I want to foam my vehicle down. (Barely any suds)
It takes so long to switch over to anything else like tire cleaner, pre-soak ect .. .
The price is on the higher side and that's ok if you're getting what you pay for. In this case, I just don't think I'm getting what I pay for and that's too bad because I've come here for years and it wasn't like this with the previous owner! At the very least, you should have warm water for these cold winter months.
I'll take the extra trip and go to SNK in nisswa

Received prank calls from this number cussing out my 83 year old number. When i called back to try and get to the bottom of things Scott answered being hostile immediately!!! If Scott really is the manager Id suggest he be replaced as he seems to have zero clue on customer service and people skills!!!

The dryer Did Not get hot and the attendant said it was. Very upset cuz the empty dry was still more warm that the one running and it had been done for 5 minutes.
