Warranty work on F150 turned out great. We dealt with Elliott in the Service Dept. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. Warranty covered a loaner vehicle. Very Satisfied ?

I originally took my vehicle in to have the radiator and heater core replaced. I have been back and forth for 1-1/2 years (not a typo - years, not months) trying to get it taken care of. It has cost me an additional $3000 from the original quote/repair. Their explanation for the additional repairs was, that the hoses,etc didn't get changed on the original repair (that they did and never mentioned hoses or connections) and that now the water pump was bad, which they didn't discover until after they had put everything back together.
I'm not a mechanic, I initially took my vehicle there thinking that since they were a Dodge dealership, they would assess the vehicle and let me know what was needed, I wouldn't know what needs checked or replaced - that's why I took it to them. It's been a nightmare. I'm due to pick my vehicle up, and am hoping that this will finally take care of the issue I originally took it in for. I will be going somewhere else going forward.

Had some issues while visiting to see the family. It was just after Thanksgiving 2021 and the temps dropped to -10 degrees... my car started overheating due to some frozen water in the coolant hoses. They fixed me up proper and got me back on the road with a quickness. Thank again, guys.

Tanner had my vehicle for 9 weeks. My calls were screened and my messages left were not called back. I have had to replace the entire fuel system due to contaminated fuel. My truck was given the ok to be picked up after dropping and flushing of the fuel tank. That was February 10th, as per receipt. There was a -2 degree high and an overnight low -17, after the replacement of both fuel pumps and fuel filter and the dropping of my tank only 3 gals of fuel was added they proceeded to drive it and then let it idle for an hour. Went to pick it up it would not start it. It would fire but never started. Mechanic told my wife the truck was ran dry. My truck sat for 4 days after being ran out of fuel when the average was -29. Tanner said I needed new injectors after that and even discounted me the cost of labor because they "thought I'd have my truck by now". At this point I have a completely new fuel system In my 2014 dodge ram ecodiesel with only 133,000 on it. I was told my vehicle was ok to pick up last night, I pick it up drive home to Aitkin let it sit over Night. Today I drive my kids to school drop them off and notice my truck is smoking very minimally from the engine. I thought it was an exhaust issue and i thought that someone forgot to correctly connect the exhaust after everything. So I head to tanner from aitkin and my truck starts throwing white smoke I made it to Duffneys cabinets and I lose all power to my throttle my brakes and oil as flames begin to shoot out from under my hood. I come to a rolling stop get out of my truck and it literally explodes and burst into flames. After 9 weeks multiple screened called no call backs and 4900 dollars later I no longer have a truck. Glen Ertle the service manager has deflected any accountability for the destruction of my truck and didn't even provide me with insurance information. I had to call Glens boss Tony Banse to get insurance information. Glenn also didn't realize he had my truck for 4 days until I personally came in to check the status.
