Amazing service department. If you haven't tried Tanner lately, you should. Great attitudes and 'extra mile' service. Brought my 2007 300c back to new almost. Kudos to manager Glen Ertl.

We purchased a used car from Tanner, decided the same night that we didn't want the service contract added to our contract. Next morning called Tanner to arrange to have the contract rewritten. Left 3 messages with the finance person and talked with the salesman. Was told the general manager would call us the next day. 2 weeks later we have not received a return call from anyone. Contract was turned into the bank with full knowledge that we did not want the service contract on our loan. What kind of a company works that way? Got our answer loud and clear! Buyer beware.

I I'm an out-of-state resident. I was driving by and saw the pearle blue Jeep Gladiator that I had been shopping for in my home state. I swung in and bought it and it was a great experience dealing with my salesperson Austin.I drove off the lot pulling my brand spanking new Scamp trailer in my brand spanking new Jeep Gladiator!

overall great dealership. Shop could have cleaned up oil better so i did not have a oil pool in my garage that made me think there was a leak.

Glen, the manager let me use the loaner car until mine was done, which was an extra 7 days, no cost to me.Genuinely thoughtful and caring for the customer!

I was having issues with my jeep not shifting into drive and they entire dashboard lighting up like a Christmas tree. It stalled on 371 and Tanner was the closest dealer, did trust driving all the way to Brandl. Upon bringing my jeep in, we were told they would look at diagnostics same day and would get a phone call that day. Nope, never happened, it has been a week and every time we call we get the same run arround. Oh your 3rd in line " we have one ahead of you that has been here for 28 days, and one that has been here for 10 days." I think this may say something abo. Folks we have talked are not caring or friendly. I have ut your service department. So hard to drive by and justt see my poor jeep sitting there,......waiting.....waiting.......2waiting. Next car i buy also will not be bought here, folks go to Brandl instead, they actually care .

Shannon did an awesome job and provided us with a really great car-buying experience. Everyone else we dealt with at Tanner was equally congenial, hardworking, and helpful. Very satisfied. High recommendations to our salesman Shannon and the team at Tanner Motors.

Very prompt and courteous staff. Did service, tire rotation, and diagnosed my issue with control center in vehicle. They have made arrangements to finish it as soon as the part arrives.

I bought a Hummer from them 6 weeks ago. The front end disintegrated on 371 @ 70mph. DOT says the inspection they say they did before selling me that death trap never took place. If you value your life and your families life please don't buy from tanner motors.

The man we had was the definition of a sleazy salesman. He began by trash talking the Ford we were considering (as all sales people do), we double checked the facts he told us and they were either made up or about completely different cars. He also told us next to nothing about the vehicle that we were looking at other than that it was a good deal. After test driving it we said we wouldn't buy it, and he insulted us.Safe to say I won't be going back.Update: I bought the Ford we were considering at Kimber Creek Ford in Pine River, and it's been working great! The people there were super NICE and HONEST, and POLITE.

What a great group people to work with. I never had that feeling. You know the one, where you think you're being played. Everybody I talked to was helpful and straight forward. Most of the time consuming work was done before I even got there.

I came in for an oil change and 36000 mile check. They checked recalled items without me asking which I appreciated. Front desk employees very nice and professional. Service was completed in a timely manner.

I brought my jeep in for just a diagnostic, was told several times that I would get phone calls or texts and I usually had to call to find out any info. The employees blew me off like I wasn't important and gave me confusing information and did more than I asked for and charged me over double of what I was expecting. My jeep sat at the shop from March 14th to March 31st when I could've picked it up within a week of bringing it in. I was quoted $6500 for repairs, but then told that they changed some codes and it was running fine, but still has a power steering leak. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I got from Tanner. I bought the vehicle from Brandl motors and felt they sold me a lemon, so I brought it to Tanner, and you could've had regular customer, but now,I will never go to Tanner again for service or a new vehicle. If you want to change that, refund my money minus the original diagnostic I asked for. If that doesn't happen, I'll be writing a review like this one, on your website and with the BBB.
