We brought our vehicle in for a routine check and oil change and the service was awesome. Chris, who has helped us before reviewed the service with us and gave recommendations of what we could consider having done. We didn’t feel pressured which was a good feeling. He is such a nice guy to deal with. We will definitely keep getting our vehicle serviced here.

Five stars are not enough to describe how great the service department is at Tanner. More stars!! The Tanner service department goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and myself. Most recently, they provided a courtesy car while my car was being repaired. When I said that I was driving to Minneapolis and then to Lutsen, Minnesota; their response was have a nice trip. They never questioned the mileage. Before I picked up my car, they detailed it - free! I have worked with my Tanner friends for several years. When I leave a voicemail, I know that Karyn will return my call before the end of the day. She and the rest of the service team are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. My 2016 Rogue has over 180,000 miles and is still going strong. When it comes time for a new car, it will definitely be a Nissan so that I can continue to take it to the Tanner Service Department.

We had an excellent experience at Tanner Nissan. Jeff and Todd were great to work with and were very friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and test drove. They answered all of our questions and followed up to make sure we had no issues after the purchase of our new vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We love our new Pathfinder Rock Creek.

Went in to look at a bigger vehicle for myself, Sean Davidson came out to see what was needed/wanted. He wasn't pushy, took the time to understand me and my wife's needs, explained how certain aspects worked (never before had Leased a vehicle and didn't know anything about it) and explained it simplified enough that I understood. Absolutely A+ service, between last time and this time, Tanner Motors of Brainerd has my loyalty!

We went to Tanner Nissan AFTER going to Hyundai Chevrolet, where the salesman had been condescending and insincere. At Tanner, Aaron Senn was friendly and accommodating but not pushy. He was knowledgeable and direct. He made the car buying process easy and simple without stress, pressure, or awkward insincerity. I'm happy I was able to buy a car from Aaron.

My lease was coming to an end and we got a call from Todd Swedberg, our sales consultant. I had planned to buy my lease because Rogues are Awesome! When we got there, Todd had done all the numbers for a 23 Rogue that I could not resist. No games, no fast talk, just genuine conversation. I wanted a red Rogue and they looked all over the state to try to find my color. I ended up buying a white pearl Rogue with light interior, moonroof, and all the extras I wanted. Everyone we worked with at Tanner Nissan gave us excellent service. When we went to pick up our Rogue, Todd helped us get our phones synced and went over all the ‘bells and whistles’. We are very pleased with the service and our beautiful Rogue. It keeps us coming back. We have done much business with Tanner Nissan.
