Had to do a return for Amazon. Much easier than walking all the way through Kohl's to do a return. The clerk was helpful and handled the situation quickly. I was in and out of there in less than a minute.

Would like to say I normally get 5 star service at this location however, the last time I was there, the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude. I was in kind of a hurry and had an Amazon return drop off. I gave him my item and the return slip and said I didn't need a receipt. After setting my item on the counter he just gave me a blank stare. I then awkwardly asked if he needed anything else from me for the return and snapped back very rudely with "No, I don't need anything else!" I was shocked and just turned and left wondering whatvi had done to upset him that much...
