Don’t use UPS, if you can avoid it. This is my first time using ups because I thought they could possibly be faster than others… I was very wrong and they’ve lost my package.

The store staff were helpful at first, but things changed when I asked about shipping and packing two tems 20-pound and 30-pound packages for $650. That seemed really high. When I asked if they could pack it for me so I could take it on my flight, they said yes, but it would cost $250, which also felt expensive. I then asked if it could be done in an hour, but they said it would take until the afternoon. I decided to buy a box and some bubble wrap instead. They told me I needed three boxes, 60 feet of bubble wrap, and tape, which came to $147. I took the boxes outside, used only one and some bubble wrap, then returned the other two for a credit. My wife and I packed our box in the parking lot and made our flight home. The cardboard box we bought, a Uline 20 x 20 x 36, was very thin and barely survived the trip. The tape dispenser was also very frustrating to use. My wife brought it back to the UPS store, and after some trouble, another customer suggested giving her a new roll. After about five minutes, they finally got the tape to work. Unfortunately, the tape didn’t stick well to the box, which made things even more difficult. The airline re-taped the box (with proper shipping tape) to secure it for the flight. Delta was very nice for doing this. I worked at a warehouse as a young adult, packing and shipping boxes for many years. The thinness of this Uline box was unbelievable. The quality of the “shipping” tape was even worse.

Been here a few times. Some for return for Amazon. Some for shipping things out that have sold. Some notary things. It feels like there's a lack of training for customer service and organization. I understand there's a lot of people coming in and out. It would help if someone can help give service to those who appear to be confused. Signage can be a lot better and with varying degree of understanding.

The girl at the counter this morning was so rude. In past visits, they printed my label for free. She wanted $2 which is neither here nor there but I had a hundred dollar bill and she said she couldn't change it and I'd have to come back with smaller currency. She never smiled, it wasn't busy.. A really nice guy changed me up. .The rudest employee at UPS ive ever encountered. When I encounter associates like that, I always think of the elderly folks that could use a smile in this world of technology. Just sad.

I just wanted to thank the store for recognizing an older person attempting to be scammed out of her whole savings, the quick thinking and training that you all do to help stop Elder abuse in your Community is amazing, My mother in law was saved by the amazing staff at this Brainerd Location, I cant thank you enough.

Absolutely zero help from staff during what's obviously a stressful and confusing time for older people. No instructions. No assistance. Lines out the door. Not even an offer of assistance.

Pretty much go there everyday, and the women that work there are some of the hardest, kind, helpful workers I've seen, keep up the good work and thanks so much for going out of your way and being open on Sunday because everyone had a wedding on Saturday (Dec 14, 2024), that is the exact definition of going above and beyond. Keep up the good work.

Friendly reliable service this store is NOT. We just wasted 90 minutes searching for our carton. This UPS store (claims they're not UPS but an independent shipper) told to go to the UPS distribution center and talk to the driver which we did. Then only to be told that it was still at the UPS retail store where we just left. The box was sitting in their store the entire time. We paid to hold the box at their store and because we were 12 hrs late (they close at 6:30 PM) and came the very next morning, they have no obligation to give us the carton. Shipper even called and they wouldn't solve the problem. Their only solution is to ship our heavy carton back to Oregon. We ship for our business almost daily and once again confirms our great decision to use FEDEX

I have always had good experiences at this store. Whether returns or new packaging, they are helpful and courteous. .
